Welcome to my fitness journey!
Hello! My name is Samantha and I’m 19 years old. I have created this blog to share my fitness progress, but also workouts, recipes, motivation, body positivity and more!
My fitness goal is to gain some weight while also getting fit. I started my journey January 4th 2021 and I have been going strong since. My weight right before I started my weight gain journey was 49,9 kg and I’m 168 cm, so 49,9 kg is not a lot at all. I don’t have or have NEVER had an eating disorder, I’m just naturally very skinny with a really fast metabolism, so I can eat a lot without gaining weight. I’ve been on 2 weight gain journeys during the last 1,5 years, but I’ve never succeeded unfortunately. This year I decided that I CAN DO THIS, and I also created this blog as a motivation to myself. By February 1st I had gained 1,2 kg which I’m very happy about. My goal is to gain around 5-7 kg. I will be doing monthly updates about my progress, but my blog will not be all about me! I’ll be sharing workouts, recipes and other motivating content as well!
