Petition to stop making fun of people's drinks:

I like IPAs. I like stouts. I like saisons, sours, and any style of beer with a lot of flavor.

I like wine. And bourbon. And tequila.

I also like wine coolers and hard lemonade.

I'm not a huge Truly or Bud Light fan, but that's just because they don't have enough flavor for my taste buds. But that's just me. Like what you like and don't let anyone define you by your taste in drinks.

Netflix has always been ahead of the curve in making it easier and more enjoyable to binge watch my favorite shows, but this is next level:

Someone please help me out here:

Imagine that the Flash decided to go back in time 3 hours to get some extra nap time in. He goes back and naps for 3 hours, at which time, past Flash will go back 3 hours in time to the same moment original Flash traveled to.

Assuming this time travel didn't create a bunch of new universes, wouldn't there end up being 3 (or even infinite) Flashes at the same time in the past?

So paragons, right?

Destiny, Courage, Truth, Love, Humanity, Hope, and Honor.

In the last season of Supergirl, the 7 totems to the Allstone were these 7, but Honor was replaced with Dreams. I was wondering why (obviously other than because of Dreamer).

So I thought about Honor. What even is Honor? And then it hit me:

Honor is accepting that your Destiny is to use your Courage to accept the Truth and act on it, guided by your Love and Humanity. And to always have Hope that always doing the right thing will always lead to the best outcome.

Maybe, because Honor is the other 6 combined, it didn't need to be a totem.

To Ms. Danvers (Carol, not the Danvers Ladies of Earth-38):

There may be a lot of other planets in the universe, BUT THERE'S ONLY ONE THANOS IN YOUR UNIVERSE. The other heros may have been split up, but they all fought Thanos. What did you think you were gonna do on all of the other planets?! Just deal with the fallout?

^^^This is not a commentary on Captian Marvel in general--just a response to the one dumb line in Endgame.

Ward: Because you were on page 117 when you were waiting outside and you're still on page 117. So, either you're a really slow reader or--

Me (Interjects): You have really bad ADHD? I'm with you. I've been trying to read the same paragraph for 45 minutes. My train of thought is more like a Rube Goldberg machine of thought.

Bobbi: Yes. Not a spy. Just ADHD.

I've been thinking (daydreaming) about Season 2 of Legends, specifically before Rory gives Snart and the Legion the spear.

I always get so annoyed when Stein, Jax, and Ray give Rory so much crap about telling Snart the Legends' plan. It's so dumb. Rory thought he was talking to a hallucination. All Rory needed was a little respect from his teammates and the Legends would have won without a problem.

Writers' motives aside, changing that one thing would've had so many consequences. If the Legion doesn't get the spear, the Legends don't break time, Rip never forms the Time Bureau, Sara never meets Ava, and the Darhks never work for Mallace. Without the whole Mallace thing, Zari would still be miserable in 2042 and Ray would still be single. And who knows where Gary would be?! I could go on forever and even draw lines into other shows.

My point is that the show does an excellent job of showing how important the Legends are. One change to time with the most noble of intentions could take away the happiness of so many people.

Conversation I just had with my husband:

Him: The Predator is basically from a species or whatever that hunts for sport.

Me: So, like people. But what about the dog?

Him: It doesn't see the dog as a threat. There's a code. It only hunts worthy adversaries.

Me: So better than people.

Him: ...YES.

That is true love. Everyone else thinks Ava is embarrassing herself, but all Sara can see is how happy Ava is. It's like Sara doesn't even think to laugh at her--she just cheers Ava on because she's so happy to see Ava having fun.
