5 Daily Habits That Changed My Life
Some of the biggest transformations in life didn't come from big events-they came from small, everyday habits. These 5 habits may seem simple, but they've genuinely helped me grow mentally, emotionally, and even physically. 1. Waking up early
I'm not a 5 AM warrior, but getting up at 7 instead of 9 gave me quiet time to plan my day, stretch, and just breathe before the choos began
2. Writing a to-do list
Every morning, I jot down 3-5 things I want to get done. It gives me focus and makes even boring tasks feel satisfying once I tick. them off
3. Limiting screen time
I turned off notifications from Instagram and limited binge-watching. My brain feels less foggy and I sleep better.
4. Drinking more water
Sounds silly, but hydrating properly made my skin better, improved my energy, and even reduced my headaches.
5. Gratitude journaling
Every night, I write 3 things I'm thankful for It helps shift my mind from "what's missing" to "what's working. It's not about being perfect-just consistent. These small changes helped me feel more in control of my day and more connected to myself.
had a terrible week but it’s okay cause wishbone deluxe just got announced and I’m going on my dream trip in less then two weeks and I’m gonna have a picnic with my best friend today
Pick from my favorite of life's little pleasures.
Lotion onto itchy dry skin
Big glass of water
Relaxing in a sunbeam
Making someone you love laugh
Having a "serious" conversation with a baby
Flopping onto the couch after a day of hard work
Being curled under a blanket with a good book
Finishing a long project and being proud of the work
Find what works best for you and do that, again and again, whenever you need it 💖

Some friendly pats. Lately I've been struggling to find the motivation to draw and I haven't been feeling very well mentally, but thanks to BG3 and the fandom and my amazing friends, I'm gradually getting back the desire to keep getting better at drawing and being creative. When I see all those adorable Tav/Durge characters, I want to pat and hug them all. Thank you all for giving me hope to keep creating. I would definitely like to make more gifs like this in the future to show my gratitude to the community. The adorable character on the right belongs to: @midnigtartist (The first moment i saw Dotty I wanted to give her a little pat, I love her so much and I thank the artist for giving me hope ♥)
