My last job, left me with anxiety.
It was dark, I was lonely, hopeless and depressed.
I remember calling Mathew crying because I was paralyzed inside of my car. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't move, my mind was foggy, my chest was tight, and I didn't know what was happening to me. Thank you Matt, for being there for me.
I thought I was resilient.
I thought I would never experience it, but I did.
I smiled when I wanted to cry. I was awake when I wanted to sleep. I stayed when I wanted to run.
In January 2020, I was admitted to the hospital due to heavy migraines, stress, and anxiety. I couldn't walk because my whole body was hurting. I couldn't eat because I had nausea. The pain stayed for seven nights and days.
