Sally Supplement

I went a bit bonkers on the weekend and bought up every weight loss supplement I could find. So..... as of today I will be taking a regular gamut of pills. These are:

Green Coffee Bean Extract

So! Let us see where this takes us in the coming weeks. If this doesn't work I'll just have to be skinny-fat forever because I have literally tried everything else under the sun and stars. I've also added a protein shake in the mornings. Sigh

Weekend was non-boozy again (two in a row!) and I did things like to to the swimming pool. I took Friday off to (start and) finish my assignments so I'm all up to date and happy days.

Our brief is called 'I have something to say' and our mission is to take an environmental issue that we care about and turn it into a wearable object.

I have chosen the cosmetics industry as a) I love makeup and b) I know where most old makeup goes. In the bin :(

The concept behind my piece is that once makeup has been used by someone it is considered tainted and unable to be used by someone else. I will be recycling both packaging and product for this series and it's already loads of fun. Some ideas above

Thirsty Thursday

Well I'm not drinking as you know but laying by the pool in the sun really makes one want a beverage!!! Another beautiful day in Sydney - spent the morning in the workshop and the afternoon at the local pool. I've hit the point in my diet where I would like to throw my hands in the air and shovel in food like I just don't care but I shall persevere. It's all about consistency, right? I'm sure someone thin once said that :D

Big, Bright Day

What an amazing day. First I woke up early and went to the gym to spite my partner who told me the day before that there was 'no way' I'd get up at 6 and go. So, when I got back from said gym I told him I had brought him some breakfast... His words from the night before. Eat up sonny.

Had a great day at the workshop nutting out a sustainability brief. After going through quite a few concepts (read: paracetamol mandala posted earlier) I've decided to cut up lids of my makeup (and perfume) and make a wearable makeup brooch, ring and perhaps necklace. I had such a blast, there is lipstick and eyeshadow over errthang. Stay tuned.

In other news my Naked 3 Urban Decay palette has not arrived. How I lust for you. Retinol, Argan Oil and Mandelic Peel are also on the way. Blake is getting a new face
