Oragami- I think grace when little would like hobbies that require using your hands a lot. Oragami is a good use of that. Plus he would love using paper with a bunch of pretty patterns or colors. Good way to keep his hands and mind busy, especially if he regressed after a hard day it keeps him distracted- Plus ADHD makes him lock in
Listening to music- Again another way to soothe his mind and distract him. Simple little thing to have on in the background because believe me when i say... he hates silence, especially when little.
Making Bracelets/Keychains- Another thing to keep his hands busy and so many designs and colors!! Plus he would love giving them as gifts. Imagine him giving a bracelet to rocky....
Naps- Who doesn't love Naps? Especially when regressing younger he gets extra sleepy- I may be projecting
Doodles- He would love drawing and not even care if he is good. I do think genuinely he would be good at drawing too but he doesn't ever show anyone drawings unless he REALLY likes it or he did it as a gift. I also think he would love using watercolor, Paint/Paint Pens, pastels or charcoal and lowkey love getting messy.
Movie Nights- Watches so Many movies from his childhood and his favorite movies. I think when little he would stick to movies that are comfortable and not really watch any new stuff tho. Plus movie snacks are Required!
Legos- Again with the keeping his hands occupied. Plus he would like hobbies he can sit down, listen to music, and really just lock in on.
Puzzles- I think he would like simple things like physical puzzles, games with little puzzles/brain teasers, word searches, sudoku, etc. Simple easy little brain games.
Overall I think usually if he were to regress he would regress around maybe 7. On occasion would go younger. He would like to do things to engage his brain and usually not just sit around I think he would be kinda an active kid and get bored easy when not doing something. Except when he is sleepy and just wants to watch his favorite movies! 🙂↕️ Also you can't tell me he wouldn't be such a big yapper and info dump 10x more when little.
