I was in an art show this week!

I had a great time showing off my ocs and their world to everyone there! I had concept art, a Gravity Falls style journal filled with photos and lore, little dolls, pins, stickers, and paintings!

2025 Thoughts (Art + Reflection)

2025 is coming to an end, and, honestly? I'm not proud of how I treated this account.

I wanted to have a place to archive my art, to showcase my abilities and act as a way to convince me to keep drawing.

Instead, it became just another task I procrastinated on and eventually left forgotten.

Although if there is one thing I have learned recently, it is that failure not doing a task incorrectly. Failure is inaction, doing nothing, trying nothing at all.

I have failed one too many times due to fear of judgment and perception. It is why I gave up on showcasing my art. It wasn't good enough, it was too embarassing, it would get me nowhere. I was too scared of the opinions of others that I hurt my own personal growth.

So this year, I vow to make that first step. I will be brave and shove my irrational anxieties aside, because my goals will always remain at a failed standstill unless I do SOMETHING.

So here. This is a collection of the few pieces I was able to work on this year. None are finished, none line up with the vision of perfection in my head, but that's okay. There was an attempt made, and publicly posting that I drew at least one thing is the first step to self-confidence and growth.

I hope to see you all in 2026, hopefully a lot more frequently. :)
