What brush on ibis do u use?

hey anon!! I mostly use ibis for technical stuff like "extract line drawing" for/from my traditional pieces, but I messed around with it today to find my best matches to the brushes I use on the free version of clip studio!! I went ahead and made a little chart for both :)

for blending on ibispaint i just use the smudge tool!

In your opinion is digital art easier than traditional? I’ve always done traditional and am a lot better but most people go off and do better with digital- i love digital art it’s just.. well it’s hard🫩

hi!!! Traditional art is easier for me personally, but I suppose it really just depends on your experience and what you've expiremented more with. I do enjoy digital art (ofc its what i post mainly), but im still experimenting so I'm not quite qualified to speak too much on my methods there. I do all of my digital art on my phone with my finger, and I suck at digital sketching, so ive always tended to do my sketches traditionally, and then done lineart and colors on ibis paint or clip studio! :)

Unfortunately I think youre right that digital art tends to get more love even though I think traditional art deserves all the love too <3

But yeah overall I just have lots of fun experimenting with both mediums!!! So don't be afraid to try new things with whatever youre interested in and im sure you'll find what works best for you!! :)
