i can barely look at myself in the mirror

im kinda sad that i will never live without restrictions (even if i recover from 3d). i mustn’t eat sugar and lactose, and even a little amount makes my skin condition worse
maybe one day my dermatologist says smth like “oh linnnie you actually can eat sugar and it won’t make your acne return” but i don’t think so

Psyllium buns!
the recipe makes 8 servings, each serving is 17 cals ⭐️
Ingredients
• egg whites - 180 g (it’s about 6 egg whites)
• psyllium - 30 g
• baking powder - 6 g
• spices (you can make it savory and add salt, pepper etc or make it sweet by adding cinnamon and stevia/other sweeteners) - optional
• boiling water - 30 ml
• flaxseed powder - optional!
Instruction
mix egg whites with baking powder and psyllium until smooth
add some boiling water (your dough will fizz), mix
add flaxseed powder and spices you love
let the dough sit for 15 minutes so it swells
wet your hands and make 8 buns (you can flatten them a bit, because in the oven they will increase)
bake the buns for 20-25 mins on ~200 °C
So the buns are very tasty, filling and low-cal!! also they are very rich in fiber 💞
