Tokyo Ghoul Characters + Date Night

Kaneki - Although his experience with going on dates has been, uh, not great, if he ever gets over his trauma and horrific ptsd Kaneki would be the best person to go on a date with besides Hide (in Admin M’s not so humble opinion). Picnics will be had. Museums will be visited. If it sounds fun you two will be there. Personal time with you and getting to know your passions and interests are one of Kaneki’s favorite things and he uses dates for just that.

Hide - Possibly the best date you will ever have will be with Hide. He doesn’t have any grand plans or romantic candle lite dinner’s reserved but Hide makes sure you have fun. All dates with Hide are spontaneous. You want to go to the fair in town? He’s gonna take you on the ferris wheel and get you that big stuffed animal! Basically, he’s perfect. Please go on a date with this precious boi. 

Touka - Dates with Touka feel a lot like hanging out but with an air of, almost, intimacy. She likes to take you to the coffee shop, walks in the park, museums, etc. Her favorite are stay at home dates with a movie and anything you two can enjoy together. Don’t try to hold her hand in public cause she will blush and grumble about it. She low key enjoys it in private, though she’ll never admit it.

Nishiki - He hates dates. Or, at least, that’s what he tells you. Nishiki really actually enjoys them because you enjoy them. His weakness, deep deep down in his ice cold ghoul heart, he just wants to see you happy. So whatever you want to do, Nishiki is down for. Wanna go to the aquarium? Done bc seeing your face when you touch the stingrays is just to precious to not see. 

Tsukiyama - Tsukiyama is gonna make sure that if you go on a date with him that you are given the best food and show his affluence can get. If you happen to be a torture-loving, human-flesh eating ghoul then this will be awesome. Of course if you happen to be a human date this could get a little touchy. Maybe be wary of dates with Tsukiyama. 

Arima - Ever the gentleman, Arima likes old-fashioned dates. A candlelit dinner at a fancy restaurant, some nice wine, pleasant conversation. Once you’ve been together for a while, though, the dates tend to be more casual due to his busy work schedule. 

Juuzou - It’s generally safer to invite him over to your place, since he tends to draw a lot of attention to himself in public. Dates usually involve the two of you giggling in the kitchen as you make an ungodly amount of baked goods. Not that he actually knows how to cook; he just loves watching you and eating the results. You still can’t figure out how such a small human can consume so many brownies. Where do they even go? The question haunts you late at night.

Ayato - He’s not one for fancy dates. Or good ones, for that matter. He has the socialization skills of a rabid dog and his idea of a romantic date is showing up at your apartment and demanding that you entertain him. You’re good at humoring him, thankfully, so you usually just order some takeout for yourself and put on a horror movie. 

Rize - Don’t go on a date with Rize.

After some serious debate Admin Chi and I have decided that in the spirit of fairness we are deleting all of the requests in our inbox (minus yu yu hakusho and hajime no ippos which I am keeping, I’ll be posting an update on @90s-anime-smut as well).
