It’s hard to believe that I am just shy of my 3-Year 24/7 Anniversary!! There have been some ups and downs along the way, but mostly this transition to full-time padded life has been wonderful. I have not lost control of number 1 or number 2, and that’s never been a goal of mine. What has changed is how uncomfortable it’s become when I do have to or try to hold it for any real length of time. There are times when I’m in a pull-up or panties because I’m with family or switching or some other reason, and since I have a rule that when I’m wearing I’m not supposed to hold it, it has become a lot more uncomfortable when I do test my holding capabilities.

Thank you for the question! And remember, there’s no “right” way to do 24/7! If you want to try it for a week, do 22/7, only use for number 1…all of it is valid and amazing. 👏🏻🫶🏻
