I was supposed to be married by the time I was 25. I've been engaged multiple times, and I'm currently in the longest consecutive relationship I've been in, but "we have different ideas about what waiting for years means" so here I am, about to turn 25 and without a single fucking thing that had been on my plan. Don't have a degree. Not married or anywhere close to it. Not gonna have kids. Don't even have friends. I'm just having trouble seeing the point anymore. Nothing feels purposeful, nothing feels 'right', and I'm tired of being lonely. I've given up everything. And I'm starting to think maybe I didn't get as much from that as I should have.
