Healthy smol snacks for picky eaters🍎🥦🥕🍓🍊
♡ Carrots n ranch!! Or broccoli n ranch!! Or cauliflower n ranch! Any veggies you like with ranch!
♡ Steamed veggies with butter, salt, n pepper! My favorites are peas n lima beans!
♡ Fresh fruit! I like the cuties oranges, watermelon, pineapple, dragon fruit, apple, or strawberry!
♡ If you don't have the energy to cut up fruit or are too smol to, fruit cups are good too! Its okay if they're the ones in syrup! (provided you don't have any dietary restrictions that mean you have to watch your sugar intake!) I like pear fruit cups or the mixed fruit with the cherries!
♡ Applesauce! I like the flavored kind like strawberry or pear! (Again you don't have to get the no added sugar kind unless you have to, sugar is A okay for you in moderation!)
♡ Pretzals! I like the pretzel sticks!
♡ Seaweed snacks! I like the vegetable flavored or the Wasabi flavored ones, and teriyaki or BBQ are good too!
♡ Egg!! I like mine scrambled, fried, or poached! I also really like tamagoyaki! I eat my tamagoyaki with rice, crab, and furikake and soy sauce! You can flavor them however you like or even add cheese and they're good for protein! If you have IBS like me though or other tummy issues, make sure your tummy can handle eggs first!
♡ Yogurt!! Any kind you like! I like Yoplait whips or any yogurt with add ins like chocolate chips, Graham cracker pieces, etc!
♡ Fruit pops! Make sure to get the ones with real fruit, and don't have too many!
These are just some things I like!! These are definitely not the only healthy snack options out there, these are just ones I like!
