This photo of Jimi Hendrix was taken the day before he died by his girlfriend Monika Danneman, behind her apartment in London on September 17, 1970. Â
the woman youâre becoming will cost you people, relationships, spaces, and material things. choose her over everything.
Painfully average looking with a great sense of humor and always down to get drunk
Black women are so encouraging. This is simply magical!đ #BlackGirlsMagicÂ
This was the most amazing I love it
This is warmth to my black heart
Black women are the center of life
If watching this donât make you feel good sum wrong wit you
I think too much. I think ahead. I think behind. I think sideways. I think it all. If it exists, Iâve fucking thought of it.

Okay of course Iâm happy that Malala got accepted to Oxford, but I really want to know more! What did she write for her personal essay- âJust google me bitchesâ? Did she have to do an interview and if so did she just plonk her nobel peace prize down on the table? Did her student counselor advise her to apply to other crappier places just in case she wasnât accepted? Was there anyone who actually turned down freaking Malala Yousafzai, I need to know!!
#she just walked in and was like âi go here nowâ  #and they were like âthank youâ
happy pride to all my friends and a happy kia summer sales event to all my straight friends
Cherish your solitude. Take trains by yourself to places you have never been. Sleep out alone under the stars. Learn how to drive a stick shift. Go so far away that you stop being afraid of not coming back. Say no when you donât want to do something. Say yes if your instincts are strong, even if everyone around you disagrees. Decide whether you want to be liked or admired. Decide if fitting in is more important than finding out what youâre doing here. Believe in kissing.
Eve Ensler (via feellng)
this makes my heart ache
Silverstein always has been, and always will be my favorite poet because he doesnât even need words in his poem to make people open their eyes.
