You will not stay stuck in the same patterns forever. You are capable of change. It might be small and you may not be able to see the change day to day, but over time things will get better.

Good morning
do u ever start scrolling through your camera gallery looking at all the memories thinking about life and the passage of time and aging and people and places and nostalgia and times you can never go back to and feelings youâll never forget and how itâs the little things you miss the most like a summer evening in that one park from somewhere you no longer live

hi everyone. does anybody else miss something they can never return to. anyone else being swallowed whole by grief. anyone else clinging to love as a life preserver
I think the weirdest thing is when you stop talking to someone and you still have all this leftover information about them. Like you still know their favorite song. You know their siblings names. You remember their favorite ice cream flavor and their weird dreams they told you about at 2 am. You know their dog's name and their favorite tv shows. You learned all these details about them and now they're gone. It's just weird.
