Thoughts on Supes reaction?

My thoughts are that Clark would try to beat the crap out of the big bad until even a single atom wouldn't be left of him.

Diana would have to lose her bracers to stop Clark from actually killing the villain, but it doesn't stop Clark completely. He still tries to get to them, eyes glowing red.

The only thing that is able to stop Clark is a single, softly said "Kal".

Clark's rage is gone in an instant, replaced by complete disbelief as he turns around in Diana's arms and sees Bruce, without his cape, but alive and well.

Clark starts to twist in Diana's hold again, but this time she releases him, and he immediately tackles Bruce in a fierce hug, sobbing in relief.

I totally get bottom!Bruce Superbat truthers regarding the appeal of the “uptight emotionally constipated control freak gets to embrace vulnerability and loss of control” thing, but also the same concept applies to Clark!! It’s not exactly the same vibe, but he’s so insanely powerful and constantly has to be in control to not hurt people (eg his “I live in a world made of cardboard” speech) which is this huge responsibility, so I feel like bottoming and letting Bruce take control would be relaxing and helpful for him sometimes. While Superbat is certainly a grumpy/sunshine ship on the surface, both men are incredibly tender and both feel the weight of the world on their shoulders. Also both of them are switches.
