HSS MC getting into a serious fight with Zoe/Max/Kara/Brian and they end up going to the nurses' office because of it. How would the LI's react?
Caleb spends his free period as a nursing student aide to make up some community service hours, so when MC comes in bleed from the mouth, and a black eye he almost faints.
He instantly rushes to them hugging them tightly, running his hand through their hair, he pulls away slightly still holding them in his arms.
āWhat happened? Who did this? Iāll beat them up.ā
āItās not important.ā
MC refuses to make eye contact knowing it was the two of them who ganged up on MC with accusing words, MC tried to stand their ground, but a football player and a cheerleader whoās been in gymnastics for years? Yeah, thereās no way they were going to be able to win against that.
āIf I ever see that son of a bitch ever again I swear to god.ā
Caleb drops the violence sitting in the chair next to MC, taking their hand in his own placing soft kisses on their knuckles, comfortingly massaging MCās hand.
Caleb doesnāt stop asking MC if theyāre okay, itās cute and all, but it does wear on MCās nerves, theyāre still a little upset about getting their ass kicked by Zoe and Brain. They feel stupid for ever giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Caleb does get into a fight with Brian outside of Scoops and proceeds to beat him up, Caleb walking awayĀ with the obvious victory and only leaves with a busted lip, whereas Brian not so much.
Caleb always asks MC if they need anything for the next few weeks as their bruises are healing, Caleb always asks before hugging them if he can since he knows they have a bruised rib and doesnāt want to further injure their significantĀ other.

Maria finds MC after theyāre running late to a Prom Committee meeting, she knows where they park their car and instantly goes there when MC isnāt five minutes early around thinking the worse. She finds them laying on in the parking lot half under their own car.
āMC! OH, MY GOD! HELP SOMEONE GET HELP!ā
The calm, collected, and cool Maria who called the ambulance for Mia completely gone, this was different she always told MC afterward, that was the love of my life laying flat out almost looking dead.
She rushes to their side, checking them for any serious wounds, luckily Emma was running late that day and came across them and ran inside to get the nurse.Ā
Maria denies it every time, but she definitely cared, using one of her kleenex from the box in her backpack to wipe up blood from MCās mouth. Her hand softly glossing over the bruises on MCās shoulder.
āAre you okay? What did they do to you? Who did this?ā
āWho do you think Maria.ā
MC is silent again, and Maria shakes her head.Ā
āPrincipal Hughs loves you, sheās not going to let them get away with this.ā
Maria helps the nurse and Emma walk MC to the bathroom, they wince in pain with every step they take and it makes Maria sad, she has to look at the floor and not MC and she occasionally brings her finger to her eye pretending that sheās got something in her eye and not that sheās crying.
As MC starts to heal she brings them an ice pack every morning, that sheās stopped to pick up from the nurse, MC is grateful for Maria because she always tries to make their life easier as they get better.
She offers to drive them to school every morning so they donāt have to worry about driving, they accept sometimes when it hurts really bad, but other times theyād rather not get to school an hour early.
Maria takes this as an opportunity to campaign for security cameras on the light posts in the school parking lot since they could never bust Zoe and Brain without any proof it was them (and Max vouchered for them being with him, Principal Hughs was also under fire from Principal Warren and it was a huge ordeal.)
Emma doesnāt hear that MC is in the nurseās office until lunch when Caleb discloses it with the group, he tells them who did it, and before he even finishes Emma is already running to the nurseās office
The nurse lets her in to see MC for her lunch period, and she instantly runs over to them after the nurse turns away throwing her arms around them. She instantly recoils when MC winces and groans in pain.
āOh my god, I hurt you Iām so sorry.ā
āDonāt worry about it, beautiful.ā
āOnly because youāre here.ā
Emma asks MC about 35 times if theyāre okay, MC smiles every time and responds the same way every time. Emma blushes and kisses their cheek, she holds their hand the entire time sheās in there.
She constantly sends them texts to check in on them, she wants to make sure theyāre okay, she gets insecure about being annoying, but MC calls her to reassure her sheās doing okay and doesnāt need to worry about being annoying.

When MC goes back to school Emma greets them every day with a kiss on the cheek and some homemade snack to brighten their day, MC appreciates it and tells Emma every day how much it means to them. Emma shrugs it off as itās not important even though to her it means everything.
Emma works up the nerve to tell Mia what happens, and with her powers as cheer captainĀ she kicks both Kara and Zoe off the cheer squad with no second thoughts about it, and Payton brings Frank to escort them out of practice.
Aiden doesnāt find out about the fight until, towards the end of the day, heās not sure what to do, but it makes him visibly upset (Myra tells him), he considers going to band practice and pretending everything is okay, but it feels wrong and immediately rushes to MCās house to check on them.
āYou skipped band practice, are you okay?ā
āAre you joking? I, in no good conscience, was not going to hurry to your side at the fastest moment possible.ā
āYou didnāt have to.ā
Aiden was very upset about the entirety of it all, he composes a lot of music to work through his heartache of seeing MC hurt, it makes him mad to know he canāt do anything about it as well.
Aiden skips band practice every day until MC is better, he goes to their house and sits by them with a smile and blushes every time MC brings up that he skipped band practice.
Aiden plays for them every day he visits, he plays some of his new pieces and then his favorite that he played when they first met.
When MC can finally go back to school Aiden meets up with them every morning to check on them and make sure theyāre doing alright, he brings them a granola bar and tea every morning to give them a head start on their day.
Aiden stands up to Terrance more because of it, when he second-guesses Aiden, Aiden stands tall and wonāt be talked down to by a kid who is friends with the people who beat up his lover.
Aiden texts MC after every period to make sure they got to their second-class okay, it makes MC smile every time.
āDid you make it to class okay, baby?ā
āYeah, thanks for checking on me Mozart.ā
āNo problem. I love you.ā
Aiden blushes every time MC calls him Mozart, shoves his phone in his pocket with a bright grin preparing for his next class.
Michael overheard during class two girls gossiping about a fight, normally he wouldnāt get involved, but he heard them say Brian so he asked, only to find out MC was the victim.
Michael stands from his desk throwing his backpack over his shoulder and ditching class the teacher tries to stop him but is unsuccessful. It doesnāt take Michael long to find Brian, but when he does Brian walks away with a bloody nose, a black eye, and a busted lip, Michael, however, walks away with my good punch to his jaw.
Michael makes his way to the nurseās office to be with MC, MC is grateful to have him there and Michael kisses them softly and bothers the nurse the entire time to check to make sure nothing is broken or that itāll heal correctly.
āMichael, leave her alone.ā
āNo, I have to make sure youāre okay MC. Nurse!?ā
Michael helps MC all the time, he drives them to and from school (even when he and Brian are suspended), and texts them all throughout the day to make sure theyāre holding up okay.
Michael during his suspension brings MC lunch every day, he stops at the diner and picks up their favorite food and a milkshake for them and brings it to the school, MC eats lunch with him outside and they make out a lot.
