The parents VS what they created
Daley and Suntorra met in a medical bay, since he was injured after a mission and she was working as the Commissioned Medical Officer (CMO) on the Venator Victorious. Daley immediately took a liking to the beautiful and smart doctor. When he lost his arm on a mission only a few days later, she decided to do her very best to put him in the medical facility on Coruscant, since she would not have him be reassigned a desk job until he gets a new cybernetic arm.
Suntorra Yun, also known by the nickname “Sunny”, was a female, Ruthian, Twi’lek doctor from the planet of Ryloth. Before 22BBY, she worked in the Great Medical Facility on Coruscant under the then head surgeon Doctor Wade Tarek, with whom she was in a brief relationship. After the first battle of Geonosis, she was stationed on the Republic venator class star destroyer Victorious, under Jedi General Lirael Fynla. As the only medical personnel not specifically trained as a combat medic, she instead took over the command of the med bay, and rarely ever saw active combat. She reached the rank of first Lieutenant and formally outranked the previous medical officer, a clone medic by the name of Flip.
RC-2235, informally referred to as Daley, was a Republic Commando Sniper during the Clone Wars. Like all of his brothers, he was cloned from Jango Fett and raised on the watery world of Kamino. Originally in Snake Squad, he trained with his three brothers under Kal Skirata, who saw the young clones he trained more as his sons and instilled in them the traditional Mandalorian customs and beliefs. During the Battle of Geonosis, two out of the four members of Snake Squad died, and Daley was reassigned to Aurek Squad, along with his former pod brother, Dice. They were joined by Mink and Spire, two commandos who’d experienced the same thing on Geonosis. They, however, were trained by Walon Vau, which started an initial rivalry between the two former squads.
