been a while but finally jailbroke my phone on ios 10!! just going to share current set ups or links or tutorials because many of the themes we used to make have gone obsolete
So I’m back (sort of) after what seems like half a year of being jailbreak free! The jailbreak that runs through iOS 7.0.x has been released and it runs on all devices, which is fabulous.
Anyways, I have jailbroken my phone twice since the newest release (I use a 4s) and currently my phone is not jailbroken because most of the cydia tweaks have not been updated to support the current iOS.
However, I will be jailbreaking my phone. I’m just going to wait for a month or something before I jailbreak my phone again and hopefully by then more tweaks will be updated to support the current software :)
From what I know, winterboard and iFie are partially working (i think) which is really sad, but there is a new release for bytaFont called bytaFont2 (?) and it works on devices running iOS 7. LocalIapStore works as well, but it became more troublesome to use :<
Anyways, I guess there will be more updates from me and hopefully I will go back to making themes :D And really sorry for being such a shit and not updating hehe.

Welcome to my basic iFile Tutorial! Let's jump right in :D
I'll be explaining about some features that you may encounter while theming/ other stuff.
TOOLBAR.
1: Settings
Here is where you can change the settings of iFile. There's also some basic information on iFile and the developer's information. I'll be explaining on only some selective items.
File Manager:
Use Trash: Whether or not you would want to use the trash when you delete your items or not. Trash ensures that if you accidentally delete your items, they still can be retrieved.
Application Names: These are useful when you are intending to do some application related things like changing the icons.
Without this option enabled, all you would see are random letters and numbers. With this option enabled, you would see the Application names.
Song Titles: Similar to that of Application Names, except that it displays the titles of the songs in your iFile library.
Folders On Top: Self explanatory, folders would be shown on top of other regular files.
iFile Web Server:
Port Number: This is pretty hard to explain. Basically what a web server does is that it opens a "port" on your wifi, such that if you are on the same wifi network, once you connect to the port, you are able to view the files in iFile. Port number is just the number which you want iFile to open. For example, if you already had a port running on 10000, change the port number for iFile to something else beside 10000.
Authentication: If you want to protect your iDevice's files from peering eyes on the same wifi network, enable this, and it will allow you to set both a username and password. Without the username and password, other people would not be able to view your files.
2: Web Server
Related to the iFile Web Server in the Settings part above. Web Servers basically allows you to access your iDevice's file system through the application, in this case its iFile. So basically, what you can do is to access your file system through your computer with the link provided by the application. In this case, using the link provided by iFile, you are able to access the files of your iDevice, which is similar to a desktop iFile. What you can do with this Web Server: transfer files through and forth, backup your photos, etc.
3: Bookmarks
This basically allows you to bookmark frequent locations that you visit. To create a new bookmark, tap the '+' sign on the bottom right corner. Edit allows you to.. edit your bookmarks and create folders.
4: Home Page
Brings you back to your home page, which by default is /var/mobile. I'm not too sure whether you can change this or not though :3
5: Tabs
Something like safari. In iFile, you can open up to 8 tabs, which is super convenient for transferring files to and fro locations.
OTHER BASICS
1: Copy, Cut and Paste Tutorial :D
2: Locations you should bookmark and remember!
Apple Applications: /var/mobile/Applications
Winterboard Themes: /var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx
Photo Library: /var/mobile/media/DCIM
Documents (useful for downloads from Safari Download Manager): /var/mobile/Documents
3: Unpacking RAR and ZIP files.
You may occur such packed files when downloading themes or such. You are also able to unpack it through iFile :D Tap on the file, and a few options will come out. Tap "ZIP Viewer" if you want to view the files inside. This will not extract any of the files inside. Tap "Unarchiver" and iFile will extract the files out for you into the folder it was contained in.
4: How do I move stuff from my computer to my phone?
Dropbox is a great solution! No matter what type of file it is, you can open it in iFile. Tap on the file name, then tap the download button on the bottom right corner, and an option to open the file in iFile will pop out.
More tutorials on iFile will be coming soon (if needed). If you were stuck anywhere or need any guidance, feel free to ask us here. x
Sorry for the super long hiatus. Anyway, today we're doing a tutorial on how to use custom icons for your phone.
Have you heard of the Japanese app Cocoppa? Its an app with many different user-created icons, wallpapers and home screen ideas. This tutorial will be teaching you on how to use the icons not as a shortcut, but as the actual app icon.
If you are simply trying to use your custom icon without the app, start from Step 10 instead of following the whole tutorial.
Click "Read More" to access the full tutorial (-:
Before we start, please get familiar with the app first. Also make sure that you have an account on Cocoppa. Besides that, this tutorial also requires you to have iFile, iFunBox or any other file browsing applications for the iPhone. Be sure to read our basic iFile tutorial (coming soon) if you have not, which will answer many of the questions you might encounter in this tutorial.
Using your phone, find an icon that you would like to use. I would usually "like" the icon as a way of bookmarking it. You will see why in the next step.
This step requires you to use your computer. Go to Cocoppa's website and log in to your account. Go to your "likes" section by clicking this:
and you will see the icons you have liked, including the one I told you to bookmark just now.
Click on the icon. It should bring you to the a new page with the icon on it. It looks something like that:
If you have been wondering as to why we needed to use the computer, this is the reason why. We have to save the image using either of the following 2 methods, which can't be done using the phone.
Method 1: Right click on the image and click "Open image in new tab."
Method 2: This method is harder. Press "Crtl+U" or any other method available to view the page source. "Crtl+F" and look for "cloudfront". Click any of the links that are highlighted from the search, and one of them would be the link of the image.
Save the image.
Transfer the image from your computer to your phone. For me, I use Dropbox. You can also try emailing the image to yourself.
Using Dropbox/ email/ any other services, save the image into your photo album.
In iFile/ iFunBox/ etc, go to /var/mobile/Media/DCIM. Over here, you should see a few files. As you can see, anything along the lines of "10xAPPLE" are where your images are stored. You may ignore the other files as they are not required for this tutorial.
Find your image in one of the "10xAPPLE" files. This step is tedious, but if the icon was your last saved image, just go to the last folder and scroll down all the way. That should be your icon.
Copy your icon. Go over to your Themes folder (/var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx)
Make a new folder. Name it whatever you want. I'll be putting it with my other icons in a folder called "Custom Icons".
Make a new folder in it called "Bundles". It is cAsE SeNsItIvE! Do not name it anything else except "Bundles" and only "Bundles"! (To all those who are blur: No "bundles" no "chicken" no "whatever" no "folder", only "Bundles"!)
Here is the tricky part. You're going to make another folder inside "Bundles". However, what will you name it?
Example #1: Whatsapp
Go to your Whatsapp folder (/var/mobile/Applications/(whatsapp folder)) Click "Whatsapp.app".
- Scroll down and open "info.plist" with Property List Viewer. Look for "CFBundleIdentifier". This will be the name of the folder you are putting in "Bundles". It would be different for all applications. In this case, it will be "net.whatsapp.WhatsApp". Take note of it.
- Look for the Application Icon. It will usually be called "Icon.png" and "[email protected]". This is not the case all the time. Take note of it too. For this case, there are 2 icons you need to replace.
Go back to your themes folder. Create a folder inside called "net.whatsapp.WhatsApp" or the name that you found beside "CFBundleIdentifier".
Inside the folder, paste the icon inside. Make 2 copies of the icon. If there are 3 icons you need to replace, then make 3 copies. Rename both copies "Icon.png' and "[email protected]".
The end result should look like this:
/var/stash/themes.xxxxxx/Custom Icons/net.whatsapp.WhatsApp
Inside, there should be 2 files called "[email protected]" and "Icon.png"
Example #2: Mercury Browser
From the info.plist, the CFBundleIdentifier is "com.ilegendsoft.MBrowser". There are 7 icons in total, "57", "72", "76", etc.
End result: /var/stash/themes.xxxxxx/Custom Icons/com.ilegendsoft.MBrowser with 7 icons inside.
Example #3: Notes
This is a bit different because it is a built in apple application. You won't be able to find the CFBundleIdentifier from your phone, instead, you should search the internet. For Notes, it is "com.apple.mobilenotes" and the icons are named "[email protected]" and "[email protected]".
Go to WinterBoard, apply the theme, and respring. You're done! :D
That's all! If you have any questions regarding this tutorial, go ahead and ask us over here.
Hey guys, just a small update. We're moving the links from Dropbox to Box instead, so if you're experiencing any problems with the download links, don't worry, we're replacing them soon. (-: For now the links are still valid, so feel free to download them anytime. Also, I've changed to an iPhone 5, so the themes from now on will be optimized for the iPhone 5. There will still be iPhone 4 themes made by Stivy, but as she's not jailbroken right now, its highly unlikely she would post any themes for now. Thanks!
Hello llama fans :D Today we're back with more volume themes! In fact, there's 2 for today! See how much work we've put in? (volume themes are super easy to do lol) Okay anyway this time, for the B&W Flowers we have put in a new feature, its sort of 'out of the box'. Pretty unique right? Well, you must think out of the box okay! Haha okay 'Read More' for download link!
How are you guys? Anyway, Llama iThemes is back after a long hiatus! Miss us? :b Don't need to cry we were just away for a very extremely short period of 2 months. So short right? I know.
Okay anyway just some administrative issues. As you guys may or may not know, Stivy has lost her jailbreak (as mentioned in the previous update post) and can't make anymore themes until 6.1.3 jailbreak is out. So this blog is gonna be x948151 times more inactive ): However, the good news is (wait when did I mention anything about good news) the June holidays are here and I'm gonna have more time to make themes! :D :D Depends on my laziness though .___.
Moving on. Another thing is that I'm moving all the themes to another dropbox account. Previously it was on my personal one and it was running out of space; thus now I've created a joint one for both Stivy and me to use. So these few days the links for downloads are going to be down, latest by 9/6/13. (May be moving to Box instead)
Lastly, I think some of the download links change over time (I have no idea why but I swear the download links are okay when I put them up but they go crazy after a while) so if it dies, please don't kill me. Instead, leave a message in our /ask. Okay? Okay deal can.
That's all and thanks for reading this wordy post. :B
Hello people! :D Have you been waiting for our next theme? Well sure you have. :b Anyway, after a super long break, Llama iThemes is back with more! (sadly its not that much but c'mon, as little as it is, it's still something right?) No gifs this time to save bandwidth as there's only 3 pictures. (; As usual, read more for more information!
Okieee I know the censor isn't really helping so if you know who that is, BROFIST FOR YOU :D Uhm anyway so personally I think this theme is much better than the previous Instagram one. Also, I know that there's more galaxy than chevron but nevermind who cares because why not? :3
DOWNLOAD LINK HERE
To install this theme, move the file to /var/stash/themes. For a more detailed guide please refer here.
Total time taken: 2~3 hours
Please do NOT redistribute this theme anywhere else without my permission! Also, do not claim this as your own otherwise I will find you and I will eat you. Photocredits to CQNNOR and r0undincircles from Cocoppa.
It would be great if you could let me know if you are using this theme :D
Feedback/questions here.
Once again, thank you for supporting our themes! n-n
We llamas have been a little lazy lately and haven't really been updating. Please bear with us. :3 Anyway, Stivy unjailbroke her phone and its now updated to 6.1.3 and she can't jailbreak it again. Thus, she can't really do themes now.
Anyway, I (Stimmy) have updated the links for some of the previous themes. The links were broken previously but now are okay. I updated the Rilakkuma Theme, Pastry/RK Navbar, Pastel IG Theme and the pack of 15 navbars.

Domo Moustache Volume Themeee :D I remember I saw a tweak on Cydia which changed the volume thing to a Domo Moustache too, but sadly it didn't work ): So ta-da. I didn't use alot of effort in this so muah ahaha.. bad quality but I'm lazy :D

Superrrrr detailed guide on how to install themes! :D For all inexperienced peeps everywhere who should know how to download things from Cydia and the net at least.. if you could actually jailbreak your phone. :b This tutorial teaches you step-by-step and super detailed-ly (lol no such word) on how to install most kinds of themes like iPhone themes, instagram themes, navbar themes, etc etc. Any questions, feel free to ask here.
Really lengthy post, so click read more for detailed guide!
Apps you neeeeed. They either come with your jailbroken iPhone or are downloadable from Cydia.
iFile is downloadable from Cydia just by searching. I recommend you to get the PAID version unless you're a cheap scape like me. c: Go google yourself how to get it free. :D
And you need Safari Download Manager too.
Now, go download your theme. I'll b using one of my IG themes as an example.
With Safari Download Manager, once you download something from a website, this thing will pop out and ask you where you want to save your file to. Click download.
Safari Download Manager gives you a new button on your 'bar' at the bottom of safari! :D Click it and you can view your downloads.
Finish downloading? Yay. Now just tap the file you downloaded and press 'Open in iFile'.
A 'Unarchiver' thing will pop up once you open it in iFile if its a rar or zip file. Click unarchiver.
Wait for it and then, it should say Finished With Result Code: 0 and then press done on the top right hand corner. If it says Finished ... Code: any number other than 0, that means there's something wrong with the file.
Press edit on the top right hand corner.
Click on the file you downloaded. Then press the button at the bottom right most.
Click copy/link or cut. Up to you :D
After you tap copy/cut thing, press done, again its located at the top right corner.
Press the word 'mobile' on the top left.
Press var.
Now scroll down and find this folder called 'stash'. Tap it.
Scroll down to something called themes.xxx. The last few digits are different for everyone. Click it.
Now, click edit at the top right corner. Then, remember the button you pressed to get the 'copy/cut' button? Yeap now press that one again, and then when the thing pops up, press paste.
It should copy.. something like that will appear.
You should see your theme in the folder.
Exit iFile. Now click Winterboard > Select Themes
Then press your theme name. Once selected, it should have a tick next to the theme name.
Go back to the main page, and RESPRING :D
Yeap that's it!
Don't forget, different types of themes belong in different folders! :o
For all themes for the iPhone, or APPLE APPS, they belong in /var/stash/themes.xxx
For most Cydia tweaks, they belong somewhere else.
