I'm re-watching all the phodcasts and i just love this from Dan:

"We are fun havers and thing enjoyers. So even when things aren't great we still find the joy that is to be found in them."

I really need to start implementing this in my life. I often feel like i need to squash my joy or enjoyment of something because its childish, or "bad" tv/movie or something dumb like that. And like why. The world is shit enough without making more shit.

If my chronically ill/in pain self want to experience some joy and fun, i should do that.
