Anyone with POTS have dizziness as a symptom? I feel like my body is a rattle and my brain is bouncing all over my skull.

Update: So it turns out, this is what happens to me when I get dehydrated. Trying every type of herbal anything, relentless googling, and 4 doctor appointments later and finally I figured it out when I drank water nonstop all day.
