I mean. That's not really the gift of prophesy tho. that's just kinda looking at past events, looking at what the administration and its members are saying they're gonna do, and identifying a very likely outcome of their actions.
If major league baseball said "we're making all bats 20% bigger" and i said "wow, i bet there's gonna be a lot more hits in the next couple years" i'd hardly call that a prophesy.
when a new administration takes control of the government and says "we're putting a guy who thinks the way to get healthy is to eat every dead raccoon you find on the side of the road in charge of keeping the country healthy and free of disease", and you've watched a decade of deregulation lead to food borne pathogen outbreak after food born pathogen outbreak, then yeah, it's reasonable to say "wow, i bet everyone's gonna shit their brains out in the next few years." because that's just how cause and effect work.
