Hearing him yell at her, made the squirrel jump. That was a mistake as the cuffs pulled at her wrist painfully and she fell to the ground with a loud thud. She yelled out in pain as she landed on her elbow, and held it as she laid on her side. “I-I was just getting some water to drink!” She yelled nervously out to her captor.
"Who said you could have one?" Negaduck snapped in reply with a huff. His patience was wearing thin with his little prisoner. "Maybe I should kill you now instead of using you as bait so you're out of my feathers if you don't be quiet!"
Gosh. Can't a villain scheme in peace?

Negaduck’s latest plot was holding the Cute Little Lost Bunnies for ransom. He hated those bunnies as much as he hated Darkwing. But since everyone else (and he didn’t know why) loved them he knew he could get quite the bounty for them in exchange for their freedom.
“Pay up or I’ll cook them up as rabbit stew!” The villain laughed while licking his bill.
“Aww..That wouldn’t be nice, Mr. Negaduck.” One of the bunnies said in the most cutesy voice possible.
“Shut up!” Negaduck snarled in annoyance. If he had to hear those sugary sweet voices anymore he would soon probably barf.
“Gee, I sure hope I can get to the news station in time!” Launchpad ran to the Thunderquack, more than ready to go. He threw himself into the pilot’s seat and wasted no time in starting the engines.
A thought stopped him before he did anything more.
“Negaduck’s probably not even at the news station. Think… think… If I were a big, bad criminal, where would I hide? In the dirtiest, most abandoned place in town! That’s the warehouse near the fisherman’s wharf!”
The Thunderquack soared away and toward what he hoped was Negaduck’s hideout.
Minutes later, Launchpad landed the Thunderquack and hopped out. If Darkwing Duck had taught him anything, it was that the element of surprise was imperative in defeating the enemy. It was also wise to case the area first so one had a good idea of what to expect.
Casing the place is just what Launchpad did. With suspicious nonchalance, Launchpad walked the perimeter, taking note of the various ways he could enter the building. He took pause at one such entrance, as it was open just enough for him to see in.
“This is even more fowl in person!” he said. He clapped a hand over his mouth. Whoops! Talking would get him found out!
The sound of his voice would draw out about a dozen dobermans after the pilot. Seemed someone was indeed home and was not happy with the uninvited guest.
"Well, well. Isn't it Dirtwing's sidekick. What is it? Lunchbucket?"
The villain appeared on the roof of his hideout to stare down at Launchpad. He wanted to find him. Well, found him.
"I bet you're here for the bunnies aren't you? So insulting that idiot purple do gooder couldn't face me himself and sent the help instead." The edges of his bill started to form a snarl baring those sharp teeth of his in annoyance. "Or maybe you're not worth it to him so you're expendable."
