Introduction

I'm gonjie, I'm 21 and trying to figure out what the fuck I'm doing with my life. I'm a person of color (POC). She/her but gender is wild to me. Pansexual, polyamorous if the opportunity ever arises. Below are some things about me in no particular order. DNI Minors (for various reasons)

Cancer ♋ and INFP but I don't really buy into that stuff, I just think it's fun to know.

I like music but am bad at interpreting feelings and metaphors. I like gaming but am horrible at pattern recognition or hand-eye coordination. I like writing but have commitment issues. I like reading but can't focus for too long. I skip scenes in shows and movies I think are predictable or have bad humor.

I am a Freak. I read smut. I have really weird kinks. I think being open about sex is okay.

Fuck capitalism, imperialism, colonialism, etc.

Making OCs is my way of writing love letters to the media I consume so I tend to have a lot and they all are in various states of either "blurry concept in my head" to "fully written backstory, character design, and well-thought out connections".

I don't post OCs or write anything anymore cause I have Issues.

A Colorful Personal Disclaimer:

Clinical depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Undiagnosed Autism (I'm scared to test cause my country sort of sucks about autism).

I am mentally ill and not in the quirky "haha I'm a little weird" way. This has been a warning; I am a frog displaying my bright colors to tell you about the poison. I have offended and hurt people before, and even though it was accidental, it still warrants me being up front about it.

Lol, can you tell I was a theater kid? Forgot all about my theater knowledge except for the melodrama.

I'm mostly harmless. I won't ever mean to say the wrong thing but I have a very hard time with social cues and communication. I get periods of severe depression and can be a downer or just disappear completely.

But I love making friends and supporting other people. There are so many amazing folks out there and I would be honored to meet and befriend them should they wish to do the same.

As long as you aren't a bigot or something, obviously :)

Edit: Took out fandom list cause it's changed and I'm too lazy to go through and fix everything. I had some works posted before but the links broke and I don't know what happened so.

i like to imagine the villagers are terrified of him BUT also aware that he is rich-as-midas and out-of-touch with human society...so they just charge him a 500% markup and call it a day. over the years he has become the village's primary source of income and this is the true reason he's been allowed to stay. "yeah he's a bloodsucker but he's propping up a half dozen different local economy sectors we're keeping him"

The stat in that UN News article is also very important as governments across the world (including here in the UK) seek to increase military spending, generally at the expense of foreign aid and domestic welfare budgets. The world would be a whole fucking lot more secure anyway if everyone had the means to live, and live with dignity. But that wouldn't serve capitalism, which thrives on (among other things) the endless chucking of money at those who manufacture the machinery of death.
