Reblog if you believe internet friends ARE real friends
I’ve met some amazing people online and I know a lot of people who say that internet friendship doesn’t count. I mean my internet friends have been there for me when nobody else was and I love them so much. Just wanna see how many people agree with me that they do count.
cute dates and activities to do with your little!
Free
💒go on a picnic! it’s super cost-effective, and it’s a great way to spend time with your little!!
💒go to the park! you could watch your little play, or you could play with them! (i love it when daddy plays hide n seek and tag with me💗)
💒play dress up with them! my daddy never lets me, but i allllllways want to put makeup on him 😂
💒go to a pet store and look at all the cute animals! me and daddy actually did that today!! we looked at the kittens and i got to hold a bunny and 3 birds!! and one of the employees let us go in the back to pet the rescue dogs, my heart melted 😍
💒go rafting! i’m not sure how common it is in other places, but where i live, people go rafting on lakes and rivers all the time!! it would be a great chance to get outdoors with your little, while still having the privacy to treat them like the little baby they are 💗
💒go on adventure across your city/town! me and daddy did this on our one year anniversary. we took the train and bus all over the place!!! this can be both free or you can spend a little bit of money. me and daddy ended up spending $50 at a candy store but….hopefully those reading this will be smarter with their money 😂😂
💒finger paint together! your little can paint allllll the pretty pictures for you!!
💒go sight-seeing! educate your baby on all the mountains, monuments, rivers, and other scenery in your area!! (pro tip: if they like it, ask them to pronounce things like ‘mountain’ for you, that always makes me feel so smalllll)
💒go to a library and read a book to them! free books + reading to your little = a very happy, giggly baby💕
💒during the winter, take them to a park with a hill and go sledding! this is, of course, if you live in a place where it snows. if not, it can be substituted with rolling down the hill!
Paid
🍧go see a kid’s movie! seeing “kids” movies (i still watch them when i’m big) always makes me feel like daddy’s lil baby!!!
🍧go to a carnival/fair! something about them will always make a little go into littlespace…idk why
🍧the zoo! asking your baby to tell you what sounds the animals make or what animal they are will definitely make them feel suuuper little!!
🍧go to an arcade! these are sooooo fun, and you can basically pick your own price for them!
🍧go to a pottery…place? i don’t actually know what they’re called (i forgot) but you can make your own pottery stuffs and then paint them! it’s so much fun!!!!
🍧toy store! bring your little to a toy store and let them pick a toy(s) out!

A few weeks ago my mom stapled pages of a story in one of her women’s magazines together and handed it to me. She gave it to me pretty much with the tag lines “for your feminist blog” and “something new to consider.” Indeed it was; she knows me well.
The story is titled “I was forced to be pregnant.” With a title like that, reading it was actually not on the top of my to read list. I thought it was about women not exercising their right to choice. I was very, very wrong on that one.
Have you ever heard of Reproductive coercion? It is a term that was quite recently coined by the advocates against domestic violence to describe a certain type of abuse some women face. It occurs when a man pressures their partner to have kids and/or impregnates them against their will. Reproductive coercion comes in three different types: 1. Emotional pressure that turns into verbal and physical abuse. 2. Sabotaging birth control 3. Marital rape Over 75% of women 19-49 who reported once experiencing domestic violence also endured some type of reproductive control by men. It’s all about control and domination over a woman’s body.
The first story in the magazine is about a woman who got married around 36 years of age. After a few months of dating her boyfriend talked excitedly about having children. After he proposed he began calling her “The Babymaker.” She then confided with him that one of her fallopian tubes was blocked. He in return insisted she see a fertility doctor. She recounts, “I had finally met a great guy who was eager to start a family with me. What woman wouldn’t fall for that?” Soon after her honeymoon he persisted on in an obsessive manner, but his efforts had to be temporarily halted as she had to get emergency back surgery. Alas, 6 months into recovery he was back to pressuring her again. She was in much pain at the time due to her back, but she agreed to In Vitro Fertilization. She then became pregnant, but soon miscarried. In response, her husband grabbed her by the neck, choking her. He apologized, blaming his outburst on his grief and had her sign up for another round of IVF. And then a third round. She tried to put him off with the excuse that she needed to weigh more before she could take treatments, her husband forced her to get on the scale often and filled the fridge with fattening foods. “It hurt that all I was good for was getting pregnant.” She recounts. At the end, he screamed at her, threatening to replace her with a maid if she couldn’t get pregnant and she told him she no longer wanted to have his child. He destroyed bedroom furniture, pushed her down the stairs and threatened her with a gun. She fled to a domestic violence shelter.
The second story was about a woman who faced marital rape. This woman was 40, had a then boyfriend and two children from a previous marriage. After telling her boyfriend she did not want any more children, her boyfriend refused to wear a condom and began to rape her. She then became pregnant with her third child. Birth control was never an option for her because she couldn’t hide pills anywhere for he went through all of her belongings. Three months after giving birth, he raped her again, impregnating her with twins. She lost the twins in a physical fight with him, but soon became pregnant again. During her recovery she begged her obstetrician to remove her ovaries and devise a lie to tell him; that she had cancer. After a decade of sexual abuse and violence she was able to get a job that kept her out of the house and often times traveling.
One in four callers to the National Domestic Abuse hotline said that their partners had tried to force them to become pregnant. Why? As one woman stated, “Its like he wants to own me from the inside out.” Having a baby is the perfect tie that binds. These type of abusers want to create a circumstance in which their partner is dependent on him.
WHAT’S THAT HAVE TO DO WITH PLANNED PARENTHOOD?
Many voters never consider how defunding these clinics could hurt victims of domestic violence who turn to them for counseling as well as pregnancy prevention. Abused women will turn to health care providers long before they will turn to domestic abuse hotlines and organizations. Many women in abusive relationships rely on life saving, affordable care programs such as Title X. It is critical that such places are open and operation when women and children need them so desperately.
tw: abuse, rape, domestic violence
holy fuck im crying.
I know I’ve told this story before, but my abusive ex refused to let me take birth control. I was on the pill until he found them in my purse.
I went to the Student Health Center—they were completely unhelpful, choosing to lecture me about the importance of safe sex (recommending condoms) instead of actually listening to my problem.
Then I went to Planned Parenthood. The Nurse Practitioner took one look at my fading bruises and stopped the exam. She called in the doctor. The doctor came in and simply asked me: “Are you ready to leave him?” When I denied that I was being abused, she didn’t argue with me. She just asked me what I needed. I said I need a birth control method that my boyfriend couldn’t detect. She recommended a few options and we decided on Depo.
When I told her that my boyfriend read my emails and listened to my phone messages and was known to follow me, she suggested to do the Depo injections at off hours when the clinic was normally closed. She made a note in my chart and instructed the front desk never to leave messages for me—instead, she programmed her personal cell phone number into my phone under the name “Nora”. She told me she would call me to schedule my appointments; she wouldn’t leave a message, but I should call her back when I was able to.
And that was it. No judgment. No lecture. She walked me to the door and told me to call her day or night if I needed anything. That she lived 5 blocks from campus and would come get me. That I wasn’t alone. That she just wanted me to be safe.
I never called her to come to my rescue. But I have no doubt that she would have come if I had called. She kept me on Depo for a year, giving me those monthly injections in secret, helping me prevent a desperately unwanted pregnancy.
I cannot thank Planned Parenthood enough for the work they do.
If you can read this, and still think there is no situation in which a woman should have access to safe abortions, basically you’re saying that you value women as little as the abusive assholes in these personal, true stories did. That you’d rather have a woman die at the hands of her abuser than terminate a pregnancy, and that you’d rather have numerous children born into a dangerous, damaging, terrifying home than allow a woman to have control over her own body and her own reproductive choices.

I can’t stop thinking about crocodiles for some reason so here’s some cool pictures I found of probably the second largest one in captivity, his name is Utan:
isn’t he beautiful
listen to the SOUND when he bites
and that’s not even a real power bite, that’s mostly just heavy bone falling on heavy bone from his jaws and the air rushing out from between them
2000 pounds of Good Boy
you get me
I honestly expected like 5 notes, what HAPPENED here
More tags on this ridiculous post:
Wait, thats the 2nd biggest crocodile? Then what does the biggest one look like?
That would be Cassius, a very old Saltwater crocodile who is estimated to be around 114 years old and lives at Marineland Melanesia in Green Island, Australia. His official measurement is 5.48 meters, which makes him the largest in captivity currently. Because Utan is only slightly smaller and much younger, (only in his 50s), he will likely break Cassius’ record eventually. But for now, Cassius holds the title:
He is NOT, however, either the largest crocodile ever captured in Australia OR the largest ever in captivity.
A slightly larger crocodile has been reported (though not yet comfirmed) to have been captured at 5.58 meters.
And while the famous Brutus of the Adelaide River was estimated to be just slightly larger than Cassius at 5.5m, he was driven out of his territory by a younger and even larger crocodile, who as a result has been given the name, The Dominator. He is estimated to be just over 6m.
This is Brutus, with an appropriate caption:
It is believed that he lost that arm in a fight with a Bull Shark.
The Bull Shark lost.
THIS is the crocodile who kicked him out. The Dominator:
And that’s STILL not the biggest.
The largest living crocodile ever reliably measured was Lolong, who for the 1.5 years between his capture and his death was the largest crocodile ever held in captivity, at a whopping 6.17 meters (20 feet 3 inches) and 1075 kg (2,370 lbs). He had been feeding on both humans and very large livestock in the Bunawan creek in Agusan del Sur in the Philippines. It took 100 people all night to drag him to shore during his capture.
And here’s why:
Also, to prevent credit from getting buried on a separate reblog, I have been informed that the above image of the crocodile with the cartoon eyes and halo was made by @rashkah! (And it is wonderful and I would like to thank him for its existence, because it perfectly captures my feelings about terrifying giant primordial reptiles.)
@theonewhocheeps
Holy fuck
As far as Brutus is concerned I was led to believe that he lost that arm when relatively young.
Since then Brutus developed a habit of hunting and eating Bull Sharks.
Here’s him with a prey.
And if you thought that you’ll be safe if you just stay out of Australia then think again!
Meet Gustave the Nile Croc.
This crocodile became almost legendary for both it’s size and the habit of hunting both livestock AND humans.
So how big is Gustave?
No one is sure. Since he was NEVER captured.
His estimated size is of at least 5,5m but some give him over 6m.
The terrifying parts are:
1) He is still growing having only about 60 years.
2) Adult crocodiles often perform a gesture of submission to him - something usually done by young crocodiles toward adults - Gustave is just THAT BIG.
3) His sheer size makes it difficult for him to catch agile prey Nile crocs tend to feed on - hence why he developed a habit of hunting either larger prey like Hippopotamus or creatures which are not good at spotting danger in the first place like livestock and humans.
And this is NOT ALL.
Gustave actually has a noticeable scars on his body - he was shot at east 3 times and stabbed with a spear or something similar at one occasion.
He lived to tell the tale - my question is:
What happened to that one dude who attacked Gustave with a spear?
*Crocodile Dundee voice* Mate, that’s not Gustave:
THIS is Gustave:
And he is the PERFECT CROCODILE. He is the perfect example of what I mean when I talk about (as I do) how the morphology of extremely large crocodiles adapts to the changing physics of their bite.
This is a typical adult Nile Crocodile:
And THIS is a god among his kind:
This is it, folks. The Final Form. THIS is what peak performance looks like.
Crocodiles and physics have an interesting relationship. Crocodiles have, by a CONSIDERABLE MARGIN, the strongest bite of any animal on Earth. EVER. Scaled up estimates (based on Nile and Saltwater crocodiles) give the extinct Deinosuchus an estimated bite force MORE THAN DOUBLE the recently updated Tyrannosaurus bite estimates. Living crocodiles have bite forces measured in the range of 5000 pounds per square inch, for an individual around 15-16 feet. It is estimated that modern crocodiles in the range of 18-20 feet would have bit forces around 7-8000 psi or more.
That’s a problem.
Because a crocodile’s skull is only designed to handle so much pressure. Go beyond that limit and the force of impact when those jaws snap shut could literally shatter their own skulls.
But evolution has spent hundreds of millions of years perfecting crocodiles, so PHYSICS ISN’T GOING TO STOP THEM. What ends up happening in the skulls of these extremely large crocodiles is they will increase dramatically in mass to compensate for the increased forces. A crocodile’s skull is almost exclusively solid bone, with only minimal space for nasal passages, a surprisingly advanced brain, and some slightly porous looking framework that helps the bone distribute the force over a larger area. The effect is by far the most pronounced in Nile crocodiles, which most regularly feed on larger prey and need to make use of all that power.
Compare, 26 inch skull:
vs 29 inch skull:
Both of those are Nile crocodile skulls (or rather, replicas thereof).
And just for fun, here are the skulls of completely different (and very extinct species), Deinosuchus:
and Purussaurus:
The bigger the crocodile (within a given species), the more massive the skull needs to be to compensate for that UNBELIEVABLE bit pressure. This is one way to see from a distance whether you are looking at a normal sized crocodile:
and a truly extraordinary individual:
One of the things about Gustave that’s so impressive is how healthy his teeth look. A lot of large crocodiles, in their old age, have very worn down and often missing teeth. They do replace them many times over a lifetime, but when they get very old this slows down. Gustave, at least in every picture taken of him, had teeth that were in very good condition.
Even crocodiles much smaller than Gustave’s reported size (probably similar in size to Dominator or Lolong) tend to have smaller or more worn teeth:
than the pinnacle of his kind:

For the anon that was wondering about exploring Pet Play alone. There are several things you can do involving Pet Play that doesn’t require having a master! Here are some ideas for you!
- Wear a collar if you have one! (I love the ones with bells on them!)
- Wear a ear and tail set if you have one!
- Take a nap (I’m a kitten and I love taking naps in patches of sunlight or just napping in general!)
- Eat foods that remind you of what pet space you’re in! (Beef jerky, sushi, fish, steak, ect.)
- Make a bed out of pillows and blankets on the floor to nap and play in!
- Play with some toys! (String, stuffed animals, tennis balls, ect.)
- Groom yourself! Take a nice long relaxing bath or brush your hair!
These are just a few ideas! I hope this helped!
Littles are supposed to be childish
Recently i have stumbled across a submissive, and she is a good friend of mine now. It upsets me to see her cry, get angry, and feel neglected by her Dom. I don’t know the whole story so i am not picking sides. But:
•Littles in general are supposed to be clingy, i wouldnt have it any other way if i had a little •Littles are supposed to be “cutely annoying” at that point its not even annoying, wake me up by poking my cheeks 17,000 times. I will hug the stuffing out of you •Littles do have a lot of anxiety, i mean come on, if you had a paci, a stuffies, and quite possibly a diaper, and you had to leave your home and go be “big” it kind of ruins your mood •Littles have a tendency to think you are off gallivanting with someone else if you don’t text them at least 3 times a day “good morning” Afternoon i am still alive" and “Goodnight Cutie, sleep well” (this is specifically to distance) •Littles are some of the most precious things on the planet, when they light up about something they are happy about, it is the most adorable thing of all time.
To all the “Daddies/Mommies” out there who dont take the time to take care of your littles, you should probably stop being their Dom for their sake. You probably just like the name during sex, where as being a Daddy/Mommy means to be their Role model, teacher, and Care Giver, this is more then a sex thing. This is CG/L, this is important to me, and a lot of us out here.
Oh my god yes. I will repost this every time I see this. 😭🙈❤️.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
There will never be a day I don’t reblog this. This post as a whole just made me feel so much better about myself and assured me that I wasn’t alone in feeling/acting like this
Tricks
So I wanted to make a list of tricks a pet can learn and I came up with a few ideas. These aren’t all the tricks one can learn nor are these the set definitions or postures for each, they are just what I could think of to describe. I tried to mix both normal tricks as well as more feral tricks for more wild pets. I feel like this has a good range of things that can be learned as well as some that could be made into games once the trick is learned. I would love to know if people have more ideas for me to add to this list as well! Hope these help someone!
Sneak – Crouch and crawl up to something or past something without it noticing
Crawl – Lay on belly and crawl, goes well with crawling under a gate or rope
Seek/Search – A toy is hidden and must find it, can use scents to help find object
Follow – When command given pet must follow behind Dom
Heel – Sit, Stand, Kneel, or Follow next to Dom, no pulling on leash or falling behind
Come – When command given pet goes to Dom
Sit – Put butt down on ground as you kneel with paws between knees, chest up and out and head up
Sit-Pretty – Go from “sit” position to lifting paws up to chest and holding, added points for panting beg
Lay – Lay on tummy or side, full body down against the ground, head can be up or on paws
Kneel – Shins on ground with thighs against them, feet pressed back against floor with butt on top, hands on knees, chest out and up and head up
Stay – When command is given pet must stay in spot till Dom says otherwise
Protect/Guard – pet must protect/guard spot or object Dom commands, pet has an upright position, arms and legs showing strength and chest out, head scanning for danger, small patrol circles
Paw – When command is given pet must put a paw in Dom’s hand or lift paw up
Spin – pet must spin in a circle, much like chasing ones tail
Roll-Over – pet must roll onto back with legs and arms up in air
Hunt – much like “seek/search” but with something live, hunt must chase other pet or Dom and catch them to win, fun for predator and pray pets
Fetch – Dom throws an object and pet must go get object and bring it back
Speak – pet must make sounds like barks, mews, howls, or whatever else pet sounds like
Present – pet must lower chest against floor and leave butt in the air, spread legs and leave self-exposed
Bare – pet is in the “roll-over” position but spreads legs to expose self
Beg – can be done 2 ways, pet can be in the “sit-pretty” position and pant and whine or pet can be in the “present” position and whine and pant, some Dom’s might want pet to say what they want done
Call – pet howls or makes loud noise, often a way to alert others
Play-Dead – pet rolls onto back or lays on side and pretends to be dead, can be dramatic if pet wants
Balance – Dom puts an object on top of pet’s head or nose and pet must balance it till Dom says
Wait – Dom can put favorite treat or toy down in front of pet after a said command, pet must hold position till Dom releases them to get the toy or treat
Just remember. There is no such thing as a fake geek girl. There are only fake geek boys. Science fiction was invented by a woman.
Specifically a teenage girl. You know, someone who would be a part of the demographic that some of these boys are violently rejecting.
Isaac Asimov.
yo mary shelley wrote frankenstein in 1818 and isaac asimov was born in 1920 so you kinda get my point
If you want to push it back even further Margaret Cavendish, the duchess of Newcastle (1623-1673) wrote The Blazing World in 1666, about a young woman who discovers a Utopian world that can only be accessed via the North Pole - oft credited as one of the first scifi novels
Women have always been at the forefront of literature, the first novel (what we would consider a novel in modern terms) was written by a woman (Lady Muraskai’s the Tale of Genji in the early 1000s) take your snide “Isaac Asimov” reblogs and stick it
even in terms of male scifi authors, asimov was predated by Jules Verne, HG Wells, George Orwell, you could have even cited Poe or Jonathan Swift has a case but Asimov?
PbbBFFTTBBBTBTTBBTBTTT so desperate to discredit the idea of Mary Shelly as the mother of modern science fiction you didn’t even do a frickin google search For Shame
And if you want to go back even further, the first named, identified author in history was Enheduanna of Akkad, a Sumerian high priestess.
Kinda funny, considering this Isaac Asimov quote on the subject:
Mary Shelley was the first to make use of a new finding of science which she advanced further to a logical extreme, and it is that which makes Frankenstein the first true science fiction story.
Even Isaac Asimov ain’t having none of your shit, not even posthumously.
You know what else was invented by women? Masked vigilantes, the precursor to the modern superhero. Baroness Emma Orczy wrote The Scarlet Pimpernel in 1905. The character would later inspire better known masked vigilantes such as Zorro and Batman.
Got that?
Stick that in your international pipe and smoke it
I have literally been telling people this for over a year.
the first extended prose piece - ie a novel, was not, as many male scholars will shout, Don Quixote (1605) but The Tale of Genji (1008) written by a woman
The first autobiography ever written in English is also attributed to a woman, The Book of Margery Kempe (1430s).
The day may come when I find this post and do not reblog it, but it is not this day.
Women invented language while men were hunting. I mean…
