There is no need to worry
No regrets about the past, the past is not anymore. There is only the present. The now is and only the happening. There is not a past nor a future, only an everlasting present. Everything is only present. We think of time as if like playing an MP4 video - we think we can control it. There is no controlling it. There is no time machine. There is not a rewind, a pause or a forward. There is no slider or seek function. What is is only playing and what you see. What do you see? You see only the now. Time is not divided into periods, eras, sections or years - it is only a human model of an everlasting present. The past is an illusion brought by the belief that the now is the effect of the cause. There is no cause nor an effect. What we say as history is not a past, it is the present. It is still happening. We say that we have a beginning. Let us suppose for the sake of example we have your birth - some of us would say it all began at conception but then come to think of their effect as a cause of your parents, rather an effect of your parents meeting up, having sex and conceiving you. There is no end describing all these beginnings, there is only now. There is no beginning, no end. We think of God yet think of a beginning or an end. We have different thoughts of a god but only have one common idea of it - that it is the cause of a beginning. No, we have always been happening. God is always the present. We are always the present. There is no end. Thus, we don't have to worry about the future - we just need to act now and everything will take care of the rest.
