That gave me a very silly though of "what if all the Discworld leaders have a Sam Vimes type to throw at problems?". Like, we know from Snuff that that's essentially what 71 Hour Ahmed is for Prince Khufurah. But does the Low King of Dwarves have some sort of very unhinged dwarf under their command that they just... launch into nationwide issues? Does Mr. Shine have a troll that's the equivelent (maybe Brick in the future?)? And if all of them are in the same room, does the Disc implode? Ahmet and Sam meeting caused like two different timelines. Who the hell knows.
