The difference between healing and illness can be all about perspective. Worrying is in itself a sickness and can greatly amplify what already ails you. Instead, focusing your energy on healing can pacify sickness before it takes over. I have learned to listen to my body when first signs alert of illness and immediately begin shifting my focus to those things which heal. For almost a decade now, I rarely get sick and when I do, it doesn't stick around very long.
