Hey, we’re in line for some absurd temperatures here in the southwest this week. This is very important to know and keep in mind. Be safe, stay hydrated, stay out of the sun as much as you can.

Additional you can also put them on your palms, also, make sure to always use a light towel or kitchen paper and don’t put the ice bags directly onto your skin!
Aussie here: avoid the sun, use sunscreen and parasols, light but covering layers of cotton and linen. Dampen the cloth and sit in front of a fan if you can handle it, even spritz yourself with water and sit in front of a fan. Stay hydrated, if you sweat a lot dont forget to account for electrolytes, you need those.
And a damp cloth around your neck can do wonders to help keep your temp down, camping stores will sell ones that have these beads that stay cold after you soak them in water.
