The truth is there is no greater love than the love God has for His creation. It is unconditional, relentless, forgiving, consistent, gracious, merciful, truthful, and the list goes on and on. When we are considering sharing our lives with a person we should look for a love that echoes the one who created us. They should see us as God's creation and respect us as such. This is for men and women. The love I believe God intended for those of us who CHOOSE love & marriage should look like I Corinthians 13:4-8. No they won't be perfect at all those things, but they should have an active interest in perfecting them. I pray we will know that the love God desires us to experience is healthy, functional, healing, transforming, and unselfish. May you choose to be a dispenser of that kind of love; and be willing to wait to experience that kind of love. Hey Lovers, Before you "fall in love" watch how people treat you when they have wronged you. If they are incapable of apologizing, their commitment to their pride will ruin things. If they are incapable of changing their behavior after an apology, you might as well brace yourself for many tears and repeated monologues that result in no change. If they can't forgive, there will be no room for you two to grow in learning how to love one another. Before you give them your heart consider their ways. A person that is able to apologize, forgive, and change is one who will create a healthy space for love to flourish. Success in the Kingdom is not measured by possessions but submission of one's life to the will of God. Jesus showed us that his whole purpose in life was to glorify the Father, and he was both an earthly and heavenly success because he obeyed God. Today, I encourage us to change our perspective and definition of success. By all means acquire fabulous things, but know how you honored God or not will be what matters most in eternity. I had to tell myself this very thing this morning. I have been working on a project, and something occurred that made me want to just throw my laptop and scream🗣I QUIT!!! However, I know what I'm working on will bring people more freedom, and the temporary frustration I'm feeling won't compare to the hope this project will give to others . Today, go ahead and admit "God I want to quit!" Be honest and say 'I'm weary and I'm about to walk away from it for good."😭 Get it out your spirit and get back to work. If you feel their uncertainty about their sexuality, do not allow your loneliness to lead you down a path of destruction.
