Swapped Branch & Poppy

A swap au idea with a Prince-ish Branch! It was an idea I had that I got around to drawing a bit ago. His design isn't really finished, but I wanted to think about what Branch would be like if his brothers stayed and his grandma was alive. I feel like he'd be way more cocky and carry himself like the pretty boy he is LOL

He gets smacked upside the head by grandma a lot bc of his smart mouth 💀

Grey Poppy

Viva makes it out through the escape but Peppy doesn't (He literally fuckin dies LMFAO) and Viva thinks both her father and baby sister were crushed by a collapsed tunnel. Poppy however, did survive... She was just on the other side of the rubble.

Having no real way to find the rest of the group, she finds her way out into the forest and is raised by a family of critters who teach her how to defend and scavenge for herself. Only after around 20 years since the escape does Poppy come across troll village and silently observe creatures that look like her, aside from their vibrant colors and demeanor. She doesn't know what they're saying nor why they walk upright, but her silent, stealthy observing has unknowingly gained herself a scary reputation as the shadow creature with red eyes in the village...

some little notes: - Uncle Clay gives them all gifts (Pepper wears her cuff from him all the time) - Pepper hangs out with Uncle JD, which always gives Branch a heart attack since she comes back with scratches and bruises (he's teaching her survival while camping shhh) - He's also the one that pierced her ear - Willow hangs out with Uncle Floyd (often gets mistaken as HIS kid); she also can be found visiting Aunt Barb + Cousin Van (they rough house)
