I need to redesign Eas' outfit because it annoys me immensly that she has a completely different one from Souler and Wester

this is why I will forever advocate for the notion that all art is political. is the reason her outfit is different to differenciate from the other two? most likely. but it also show a lot that the way her outfit differs is strongly feminine, which makes no sense for a society where individuality doesn't exist, she can have some small changes due to her body type but there's no reason for her to wear shorts instead of pants

My biggest lesson for the year is that if you feel like you always have more questions than other people or it takes you longer to figure things out it could be because you’re thinking of things that never occurred to people. You’re like “well I’m not very good at 4d chess I only know basic beginner moves” and there are people that are just playing regular 3d normal chess but a million times more confidently and successfully in complete blissful ignorance that there’s an entire other dimension of chess to be played

The irony of this is that there’s no way to figure this out without being subjected to group work with a lot of people who can only play 3d or even 2d chess. And a lot of the time that means experiencing the consequences of selling yourself short. it’s like that xkcd meme
