An easy way to make whole wheat pizza dough that is low in carbs and keto-friendly. The almond and coconut flours in this crust give it a deliciously nutty taste and a thin, crispy texture.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 tbsp ground flaxseed. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 large eggs.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400F 200C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Add olive oil and eggs to the dry ingredients, then mix until a dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and press it out into a thin crust. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until it begins to turn golden brown. Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the toppings are cooked and the crust is crisp. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
