Which sounds horrible, I promise I’m not a horrible person. I don’t blame her for falling for Joe, though. Dark hair, dark eyes, that’s what gets me. I’d fall for him, too. Which wouldn’t end well, but I like to think I’d make it out of it alive.

Hi, Bayview. I’m Elizabeth. Instead of unpacking I’ve eaten an entire pizza myself and I’ve binge-watched the first two seasons of Friends because yes, I’m one of those crazy Friends fanatics. Hello Elizabeth, I’m Ruth. And I’m also the type to put off packing and watch the telly instead. The show I was just on ended recently, so it’s a bit perfect to binge watch. It’s called Preacher, and it’s quite a bit violet and vulgar. I actually binge watched You recently, and you were phenomenal in it. Kind of wish you would’ve beat the weirdo, though.

Oh wow, this hits home for me. I am playing my character Rey for the last time this year in the Star Wars movie coming out, and I have a lot of mixed emotions. I am first honored to have done it, and thankful because it opened up my career. I am also sad though, because I am going to miss being apart of the universe. I am Daisy, and maybe we can talk about it more? We can hangout. I am actually at the premier right now, speaking of Star Wars, but when I am back home we can get a proper cup of tea?

Trust me, sis, I know the feeling. I mean, after playing Rocky and K.C. it was like a whole ass grieving process for the longest time, but trust me, it gets easier. Especially when you realize, “hey, I’m moving on to bigger and better things!” And when you reflect on your time and just really appreciate it, it makes things a lot better. For now just hang in there. Good to see you, Ruth, how you been?

Having other projects to do certainly keeps your mind off the impending doom that is realizing your long-time job is over. I’ve actually just finished a film I did alongside Tessa Thompson. It’s good to see you, too, Z! I’ve been quite alright. I haven’t gotten the chance to tell you that I finally watched Euphoria, and it was brilliant.

You start with some good ol’ fashioned crying. Then denial sets in— that’s when you break out the booze. Maybe get a nice bubble bath, cry some more. Then you go back to being in denial and occasionally catch yourself pretending to act like how your character would, but that’s just because you’re drunk from being in denial. Is that not how everyone handles it? No? I’m kidding, I’m kidding. Except for the bubble bath part; that might help you relax and ease your mind a little bit. It’s so nice to meet you, Ruth! I’m Stefani.

I’m definitely going to have that bubble bath, but crying and booze are a good idea, too. I’m going to miss working with all of these people far too much, and the role... It was a lot of fun, but I’ve just finished another project, so I’m left with free time to reminisce about the role I miss. It’s nice to meet you as well! I’m a big fan of your music.

I’m looking for advice. How do you cope with no longer playing a part you’ve been playing for four years? Our last episode aired at the end of September, yet I keep waiting for the call that another season has been picked up, even though our show was not cancelled. Seth decided it was time for the story to come to a close. I was thinking moving here would help with those mixed emotions, now I’m not so sure. My name is Ruth, by the way.

Here’s a new advice from the Taron Egerton’s Guide for a Better Life: partying before moving to another country is never a good idea, so behave. You’ll end up sleeping and snoring on the floor, surrounded by unpacked clothes and furniture that you’ve barely built. But according to my dear mum, I deserved it. Pretty sure she’s still mad at me for leaving Wales on the holiday season– might even be disowned by now. So, hi, I’m your new neighbour Taron and I’m looking for a new family. Also, yes, my guide book is for sale and yes, my advice are all as good as the one I just shared.

It completely blows my mind that Christmas is in two weeks; where has all the time gone? Just got home to Bayview from the Dynasty set and I’m pretty excited it’s snowing a bit; snow is my favorite, as is winter. Am I weird for loving the snow so much? It’s so magical to me, so beautiful when it’s just fallen and everything is calm and quiet, everything untouched. I never want anything to spoil the sparkling blanket of white.

Christmas creeps up on us quite quickly, I’m afraid. I’m not ready for the holiday at all. You’re not weird for loving snow, many people do. I have mixed feelings about it. It is pretty until it gets ruined by footprints and dirt.

I know I’ve only been in town for a couple of days, but my god I love it here. This town really knows how to put on for Christmas, doesn’t it? I’ve been walking around downtown every night just admiring all the twinkly lights. It even motivated me to unpack which, I’ll be honest, didn’t take me very long. I’m a very light packer. But I’m all decorated out for Christmas now too and want to reward myself with a nice dinner out. Please send me your favorite vegetarian friendly places.

It is quite beautiful here. The rights really pull you right into the Chrismtas spirit. I’m new here myself, so unfortunately I do not have anything to recommend, but I hope you find the perfect place to get food!
