2 hours of exercise did not work out. I only did 1 hour. After about 20 minutes of treadmill and about 30 minutes of biking I got too tired to continue. And plus there were too many people and not all of the treadmills were working. I still haven't gotten enough courage to jog on the treadmill yet. I don't know why I care about what other people think.
