well if i were in that situation i simply would have done something different (<- spoken of a piece of media about a person progressively isolated and stripped of agency by forces far greater than they until the only path they feel they have to tread—erroneously or otherwise—is one that they previously never would have chosen)
cant believe we’ll never know who ended homophobia because he was anon

For anyone wondering: it's called Hyalinobatrachium dianae, and Kermit Frog is one of its actual recognised names (alongside Diane's bare-hearted glass frog)
This however isn't a recent discovery as it was first found back in 2015
What these two dumbasses be doing in the background

people just hate children. it's a sorry state of affairs. they hate children being starved and bombed overseas. they hate children laughing and playing in the park. they hate their own kids, whom they popped out because social norms told them it was an obligate milestone for their own enrichment and not the creation of another human being whose life then takes priority over theirs. they don't want to be around children, they don't want to raise them, they are always foisting them onto someone else and no one wants to take them. they hate children even though we were all children once and most of us probably know, in some way or another, how withering it felt to be a hated child, whether it was some stranger on a bus telling us to shut up in an isolated incident or our parents resenting the fact that we existed. nothing will get better if we don't stop hating children and start seeing every child anywhere as a vulnerable citizen we ought to look out for. our society is only as healthy as the poorest, loneliest child in it.

Can we get some cute Queenie and Caine bonding before she abstracted?

it has come to my attention there exists a subset of reenactors who go around renaissance faires "infecting" bystanders with the Plague. i wish to thank these heroes for their service
yes this can come in the form of dressing up as a pack of rats and offering people "Congratulations! You've Contracted The Black Death" hand stamps, but consider also:
walking around asking people if they want to pet your rat (plushie)
going in character as a fur trader carting around a wagon full of exotic wares at competitive prices
handing people a business card containing only the printed image of a flea (and on the back, the text "uh-oh!")
cosplaying as a giant bacterium
*hands you my business card* it contains a single drawing of a flea
*instinctively you flip it over searching for information*
How would the dreamlings and nightlings interact with each other?
They would get along and act the memories they carry
We talk a lot about how like, fandom in general has extremely piss poor reading comprehension, but I'm not gonna lie, the case I've seen in Amazing Digital Circus is frankly fascinating.
Like, I'm not the biggest fan of TADC, I thought it was fine, but it wasn't what I would call subtle about its themes. TADC exists very firmly in the Millennial Adult Animated series subtype, which means it looks like a kids show, while being about adult emotions, and also states its ideas extremely clearly. There's a bunch of these (BoJack Horseman and Rick & Morty are the big ones in my estimations). They are extremely direct and very blunt, which is in my mind just a neutral statement. Directness is neither positive nor negative
So here comes this show, which spends a huge chunk of its runtime explaining how basically all of the characters are damaged and need to accept themselves to heal, and then spends a MASSIVE chunk of its double length final episode detailing how its biggest piece of shit character became the way she is via a mix of self loathing and fear of her own identity, culminating with her begging the main character not to love her, literally indicating that she believes her own actions have made her irredeemable, AND THEN the whole show emotionally climaxes with said main character embracing her, choosing to love her anyway...
And a bunch of y'all seem to be champing at the bit to find new ways to punish her. Honestly y'all fascinate me.

what do people without mental illnesses even think about
Is the King sober?
Or nightmare is a non sober and the corruption is just doing all the work, so the other doesnt even think.
He’s in a completely different category
