I am 20+, and this is my Supernatural blog (main). I've only been on SPN Instagram and the SPN subreddit before, but I heard Tumblr is a better space for fandoms. I lurked for a few weeks and now I have a blog. I'm not a native English speaker by the way.
I love Lucifer (obviously) and my main ships are Samifer and SamLuMichean (Sam/Lucifer/Michael/Dean). Anyone can follow as long as you're not anti-LGBTQ+, racist, ableist, etc. Also, don't follow if you're a narrow-minded fandom puritan, because I like when fiction is dark and unsettling.
Lucifer isn’t adjusting well to humanity. He’s in pain most of the time. Sam only wants to help.
Most of the time, Lucifer’s only in a bad mood because he’s in pain. He hasn’t adjusted well to being human and even less to being a hunter. If Sam had a choice, he’d keep Lucifer away from danger, but with their life, danger is too good at finding them to hope for anything like that. In the past few months, Lucifer has been tossed around a dozen times, gotten a concussion, sprained his wrist, and ended more than a few days covered in blood, his own and whatever he managed to kill.
Sam steps into the Bunker’s showers. There’s steam rising to fog the mirrors, damp heat filling Sam’s lungs up as he undresses. His own leg is twinging with each step, but he’s had his whole life to get used to that. He rounds Lucifer’s stall to find the devil slumped against the wall, letting the hot water beat down against his bruised shoulders.
He opens his eyes to peer at Sam as he enters. He doesn’t move, but Sam doesn’t hold that against him. The arm Lucifer has braced against the wall is the one that nearly got wrenched out of its socket earlier that day. Sam steps into Lucifer’s space with familiar ease, not half as jumpy about moving around the devil as Dean or Castiel are. Lucifer grunts quietly and leans forward until Sam pulls him against his chest. Lucifer is heavy, his skin warm from the water, and he noses into Sam’s neck and shoulder. Sam turns his head to do the same, but he accidentally presses against a bruise on Lucifer’s throat.
“Sorry,” he murmurs as Lucifer stiffens up in pain.
“It’s fine,” Lucifer mutters. “Everything hurts.” Sam sighs. He skims his hands down Lucifer’s back, finding more bruises, sore and tense muscle, all aching under his touch for any kind of reprieve.
“Turn around,” he tells Lucifer. Lucifer groans. When he pulls his shoulder away from the wall, Sam can feel him tremble at how much it still hurts. Sam has to help him shuffle around until his chest is pressed to the wall, warm water pelting one side of his body as Sam settles in behind him. He leans down to kiss the bruises he can reach. They’re a mixture of purples and reds, with older ones beneath turning sickly shades of yellow.
“Tell me if this hurts too much,” Sam says, “but it should help a little. I’ve been doing it for Dean for years.” Lucifer grunts again. His cheek is pressed to the wall, and his eyes are shut in a frown. Sam kisses the side of his brow.
He starts at the back of Lucifer’s neck. There’s a lot of tension there making his bruises more sensitive. Sam gently works his muscles beneath his palms. Lucifer hums and gasps and groans, but he doesn’t tell Sam to stop. Sam can feel him slowly releasing his tension. He works his thumbs against the tip of Lucifer’s spine, rubbing up to his neck and back down again. Lucifer exhales, eyes opening once to see Sam before shutting, more relaxed now, his frown fading away.
He winces a little as Sam works his way down Lucifer’s back. Sam adjusts for him. He and Dean usually needed it hard or else there were knots that weren’t going to give. Lucifer’s muscles relax a lot easier than Sam’s do, like they’re used to being taken care of. Maybe they were, once, before Lucifer took up residence.
Sam holds the pressure against each ridge of Lucifer’s spine. The noises Lucifer is making sound a lot less like grumbling the longer Sam takes care of him. He yawns, leaning more of his weight into the wall as Sam reaches his lower back.
Something pops under Sam’s hands. Lucifer jolts, and then he moans loudly, going limp against the wall so fast that Sam has to catch him.
“Do that again,” Lucifer mumbles. “That felt so good.” Sam chuckles.
“I’m not sure I can.” Lucifer whines, muffling himself against the raised arm he’s using as a pillow for his cheek.
Sam can’t miss the way he’s started panting or the little rolls of his hips. This is the point at which Dean would tell him to get lost, but Lucifer just sighs when Sam starts massaging his ass. He thrusts up against the shower wall lazily until Sam takes pity on him and wraps his hand around his cock. Lucifer hums happily and starts rocking into his fist. Sam looks up to catch his blissed-out expression, mouth agape and eyes half-shut, staring at nothing as he uses Sam’s hand to feel good.
Sam rises back up to blanket Lucifer with his body. He rubs his own half-hard cock against Lucifer’s soft ass, slipping it between his cheeks where the hot water lets it slide easily. With his other hand, he pins the back of Lucifer’s neck again, squeezing and massaging as best he can while his other hand is busy. Lucifer melts beneath him. “Go on,” Sam tells him as Lucifer’s thrusts begin to lose their rhythm, becoming short little jabs as he breathes in shakily. “Relax, Lucifer. Let go.” Lucifer moans. It’s a low, drawn-out noise, like even the effort of making it is so much for him. He stops moving. Sam feels his cock pulse and he holds Lucifer as he comes, making a mess that the shower washes away just as quickly.

Hooo boy the concept of this one is so fascinating. Human au + angel family fun except not. Kind of almost fake dating? Very compelling mix of lighthearted fluff and that sweet sweet complicated feelings angst.

Canon divergent rather than a separate au but actually really well done. Has probably the best, least convoluted use of time travel I’ve ever seen in a fic (or published fiction for that matter). Also quality Cas&Lucifer interactions
Getting What He Wants, 55k, E, ❤️ | Lucifer is broken out of the cage as the angels fall and Castiel decides the bunker is the best place to keep him (despite his and Dean’s apparent utter lack of faith in Sam). The slowburn kinda crashes and burns pretty fast in this one but it’s sweet so it’s fine
The Knight, 50k, M, ❤️ | Lucifer, a disgraced noble-turned fighter, has a master plan to get hired by and then seduce Prince Sam Winchester, thereby giving him enough power to tear down his older brother. Unfortunately (or maybe luckily) for him, Prince Sam is quite possibly one of the kindest people in existence. Technically part of a series but the extras aren’t rly necessary to the main story. That said the ‘it could have been perfect’ au is one of my fave comfort fics.
Echo, 38k, M, 🤍 | Lucifer doesn’t disappear after Cas tries to take Sam’s hell trauma, but it turns out he does what he does for a reason. Does a v good job with Deans reaction to their situation and then Luci’s abandonment issues in later chapters

This is specifically hallucifer and technically platonic but op does such a good job with their dynamic I had to include it.
Wayward Family, 31k, M, 💛 | A collection of minifics with Michael/Adam, Dean/Castiel, and Lucifer/Gabriel/Sam as a makeshift family. Very domestic, fluffiness varies per chapter
fell up, threw down, 33k, M, 🧡💙 | The spell to cast the angels from heaven does more than just that, it rewrites everything, returning the world to the pagans. Normally I don’t like fics that mess with the lore too much but this one does it really well.
Tangible, 28k, M, 🧡 | AU post 7x15 where Hallucifer isn’t all he seems. THE samifer fic. One of the originals and an absolute classic, if you don’t read any other fic on this list read this one
The Devil Wears Flannel (It Belongs to Sam), 28k, M, | Michael and Lucifer break themselves out of the cage, but their escape maybe doesn’t work the way they were expecting. Charlie content!!!!!!! Idk if I’m alone in this but I love side characters meeting Lucifer lol.

He fought hard against Sam's soul to try and fly them both out of the Cage but Sam held on, and he was also clinging hard to Michael at the same time to make sure he fell with them too. Then once they landed hard on the Cage's floor, it was too late to get out and Lucifer realized how much he hurt Sam in his struggle.
