You woke up by the sounds of birds chirping outside his dorm room. Wrapped in the warmth of Jisung’s arms, you were completely content, your legs tangled with his under the blankets. His tee-shirt clad chest rose and fell beneath your cheek, and his fingers lazily traced shapes on your back.
“This is nice,” you murmured, snuggling impossibly closer.
Jisung hummed in agreement, pressing a sleepy kiss to your forehead. “So nice. Let’s just stay like this forever.”
A loud bang against the door shattered the peaceful atmosphere.
“Han! Get up! You’re gonna be late!” Minho’s voice rang out, followed by more impatient knocking.
Jisung groaned dramatically, tightening his arms around you. “Ignore him.”
You giggled, running your fingers through his messy hair. “We probably should—”
“Nope.” He cut you off with a quick kiss. Then another. Then another, until you were laughing softly against his lips. “See? Much better than getting up.”
More knocking. More impatience.
“Han Jisung! I swear if you’re still in bed—”
Jisung whined, burying his face in your neck like a stubborn child. “Hyung is ruining our moment.”
You laughed, pressing a kiss to his temple. “You do kinda have to go. You can't miss practice.”
“But I don’t want to,” he pouted, lifting his head just enough to steal another kiss.
The kiss was slow and sweet, filled with the kind of warmth that made getting up feel impossible.
“Han!” Minho’s voice was now dangerously close to irritation.
Jisung groaned dramatically, rolling onto his back and dragging you with him.
Minho scoffed from the other side of the door. “I will break this door down if you’re lying.”
Jisung huffed, muttering something about Minho being too responsible before glancing down at you, still curled against his chest.
“Guess this means I really have to go.”
You nodded, feigning seriousness. “Unfortunately.”
Jisung pouted again, but before you could move, he kissed you one last time—soft, lingering, as if he wanted to make up for every second he had to spend away from you today.
Then, with a sigh, he finally sat up, muttering, “Hyung owes me for ruining my perfect morning.”
Minho’s voice rang out again. “I heard that, Han.”
You both laughed, and Jisung gave you one last squeeze before dragging himself out of bed.
You patted his cheek. "Go, my love. Be strong."
Jisung groaned before dramatically flopping onto your lap. "I CAN'T LEAVE YOU."
Minho rolled his eyes before saying, "alright, Romeo. Say your goodbyes and let’s go."
Jisung sulked, stealing one last kiss before Minho could bang the door again.
As the door shut, you could still hear Jisung’s whining. Giggling to yourself, you sighed and began to miss him already.
