the link takes you to a pretty convincing tumblr login page……but it’s fake. the url isn’t tumblr’s main but rather that blog. so don’t put in your information, just block and/or ignore

I’ve actually had someone legit send me a message like that when I was actually reblogged onto a hate blog. Yeah, it doesn’t really make sense – “I saw this awful thing about you, here, let me make sure you know, but I don’t want you to be upset!” But it is something I have literally had happen, in a non-spam, authentic fashion.

So, if I’d gotten this message, I would have assumed it was that this-is-sparta loser again and, if I felt bored enough, possibly clicked the link.

So, thanks for this heads up.
