These Double Chocolate Semi-Homemade Cookies combine the convenience of a box mix with the rich, indulgent flavors of double chocolate. They're ideal for quickly satisfying your chocolate cravings!
Ingredients: 1 box double chocolate cake mix. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 large eggs. 1 cup chocolate chips.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the vegetable oil, eggs, and double chocolate cake mix in a large bowl. Mix until the dough is smooth. Spread the chocolate chips out evenly in the dough as you fold them in. Drop 1-inch balls of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared. You can use your hands or a cookie scoop to do this. Put the cookies in an oven that is already hot and bake them for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are set. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let the cookies cool for 5 minutes on it. Then move them to a wire rack to finish cooling. After the cookies have cooled, put them in a container that won't let air in. This will keep them fresh and tasty.
