These Paleo Turkey and Sweet Potato Patties are a delicious and nutritious option for a keto-friendly meal. Packed with lean ground turkey and grated sweet potato, they are seasoned with garlic and thyme for added flavor. Perfect for meal prep and freezer cooking, these patties can be made ahead and stored for convenient meals throughout the month.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1 cup grated sweet potato. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1 egg. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp dried thyme. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking.
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, grated sweet potato, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into patties of desired size and thickness. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
