update - still in my stupid MA program, tba on whether the program’s timeline is still on track, got laid off last friday, was super sick the last couple weeks with flu like to sinus cold like symptoms in Seattle (!!!), still engaged with zero wedding plans, big plans to focus on finals due next week and deep cleaning the apartment, going crazy with no gym access, staying somewhat sane with hard seltzer and video games.
my best friend and i have been texting each other our daily goals and it helps me to stay motivated.

make a diet plan… in a way to stay healthy i need to plan on and find recipes that incorporate more veggies and fiber going from very active to sitting on my ass all day (i mean diet on what i’m eating to stay well, not diet to lose weight)

respond to requests from family for favors in a rational way e.g. “no, i’m sick” not “fuck off i’m sick like i already mentioned and you clearly don’t remember or care about, maybe i can do work for you again in a week but maybe not now when i feel taken for granted and have zero income.”
extra credit - make a blog, start reorganizing beauty
not bad. still reflecting on why i avoid meditating and what i want to do today.
