This dream I had the other night keeps weighing on me: So basically Zayn Malik was a terrifying lovecraftian god and had taken over the world making everyone his worshippers. "The constitution didn't say anything specifically about abortion" was a reason given for overturning Roe v. Wade. But the Bible never specifically said anything about abortion either, and the constitution DID say something about freedom of religion and expression. So why the hell are hateful Christians choosing what other people can or can't do.

If you're anti-abortion as a Christian, don't get one. If you're anti-gay-marriage as a Christian, don't get gay married.

But the first ammendment gives us freedom of religion, which should be read that religion should not have place in deciding laws for all US citizens. American Christians should not have control over what is and isn't allowed for all US citizens in a country that has so many other people.

(I am saying this as a Christian, so don't tell me I'm anti-Christian. I'm anti-Christians-thinking-they-can-control-others.)
