thinking about Kira spending her entire life fighting for her home, her planet, and her people. Fighting for a Bajor without Cardassians. Spending years in the hills and mountains and caves and farms and cities and being so one with Bajor only to end up on a Cardassian/Federation space station where there's no fresh air. No wind through her hair or no mud sticking to her boots. She can't just go sit outside and watch the sunset over the hills where she grew up. She can't step in the river after and wash off the long day at work. Can't just go for a walk outside when the weather is nice. Idk it just messes me up a little thinking about Kira and her spirituality and the way she fought and lost so much for Bajor and then she barely gets to be on her planet anymore.

also thinking about Kira and her aversion to holosuites. She hates them because they're not real. There's always the hum of the space station beneath her feet, How does she deal with the artificial-ness of the station? The air she breathes isn't Bajoran air. The passage of time feels wrong because it is always the same dark out the windows. Her food is replicated and her shower doesn't even have water.

Do you think the Benjamin Sisko Museum has a section about bombarding a planet of civilians during the Federation vs Maquis conflict, or is that like one of those historical events that you're not supposed to bring up?

I enter The Sisko Museum with my hand raised and a good question-asking attitude, but the tour guide already remembers me from the Archer Pavillion. I am promptly removed from The Sisko Museum.

i dont have everything set down as for now, Silco's a romluan commander and Sevika's a sub-commander(as far as i understand romulan ranking system)(shes hes 2nd in command)

As for Jinx(and Vi but i havent drawn her yet!) they are humans who were( for whatever reasons) taken in by Vander, whose a klingon, so they basically were growing up on a klingon ship

heres when i dont have much made up for now, but Silco wanted to take revange on Vander, Vi is... somewhere? and Jinx DOES get adopted by him.

Theres also some place for others in this au but you will have to wait for it, rn im very focused on Silco and Vander and i hope to post some more of them next week... 🖖
