Teruya was... amusing. That was the most Rei would ever say about him when asked. He was not handsome or hilarious, just... amusing.

And that amusement stemmed from his stupidity.

"Rei-rei!" He'd cheer as he slid into her office..... only to fall flat on his back after leaning back too far. "YEOWCH!"

Or there were other times where he'd try to lean on a doorframe or table, beginning to speak; "Come here of-" Only to fall flat to the floor and let out a cartoonish yelp.

Or, most commonly, there'd be the awkward encounter by the coffee machine. "Hey, girl, are you an... uh...." And he'd trail off before shuffling away awkwardly, muttering curses at himself for forgetting the line.

He was so adorably bad at flirting that Rei almost began to fall in love with him anyways. But, for now, she merely found him amusing.
