Trying to attend anything in public just has me butting against the fact that being tma sucks. Yeah, that hema thing looks cool, how do they feel about trans women? girls i say this with love as a trans woman recovering from agoraphobia: this is agoraphobia.

you are 1000x more likely to die of homelessness downstream of transmisogynist employment discrimination, than to be killed or maimed in a violent attack. you are near certain to get yelled at and harassed every once in a while, but those people are trying to intimidate you into staying home even though they don't actually have the stomach to do the violence themselves. they're paper tigers.

being disconnected from the social fabric is more dangerous to trans women than keeping ourselves in the fabric and dealing with the abuse. staying home is slowly killing ourselves by ensuring we have no real supports. so society tries to put us in this agoraphobic mindset, to kill us.
