💛 Hi, I’m Lynn. 🌻

I’m 30 years old and I’m an artist—though just as a hobby. I’ve been drawing for 20 years now, which feels like a huge milestone because I never really took art seriously when I was younger. But as I got older, I started to get more serious about it.

I have tremors in my hands that probably won’t ever go away, but funny enough, since I started taking art seriously, the tremors have actually calmed down a lot. Maybe something neurological rewired itself in my brain because now my drawings are much smoother and cleaner.

I absolutely love drawing April, Poppy, and Evangeline—they’re my main characters, especially April and Poppy. Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without them. I’m still working on stories about them, but it’s taking some time.

You probably won’t see those stories though, because I use ChatGPT to help write them, and I know people online can sniff out AI pretty quickly. So for now, I keep those stories mostly to myself because the internet can be scary like that. But I still love Hogwarts Legacy and I don’t think I’ll ever really leave the fandom—no matter what.

A little about me beyond art: I love chocolate, hanging out with my work friends, and meeting new people (if they’re not too busy).

Things I don’t like? Bullying, harassers, people who think way too highly of themselves, and those who bring others down for no reason. I’m terrified of needles. I hate worms and any bugs that wiggle—it seriously gives me the heebie-jeebies. I also hate climbing ladders because I’m scared of falling, but I love roller coasters!

Oh, and I drew myself recently—not how I really look but with a little blindness in my right eye because I’m kind of farsighted from astigmatism. So, it’s a bit of a spooky version of me but still cute.

In real life, my eyes are dark brown, not light olive or grey, and my hair is black. I do have a little scar on my left eyebrow from falling really hard a long time ago.

Overall, I really hope you like this new “Meet the Artist” post—it’s way better than the last one I had (which I deleted, so it’s gone now). I also included a new drawing of myself. Just a reminder, I’m a traditional artist, and I’m happy to welcome anyone who wants to follow along.

Actor AU

Hi guys, I’m back, okay? 😊

So the idea is… what if my whole cast of characters were actually actors inside my own stories? I did this before years ago, and honestly, it was really nice bringing it back because I haven’t done something like this in a long time.

The first time I did it was really fun. The second time was okay, but it kind of died off, so I’m hoping this time it works out better.

Obviously, this is going to focus on April, Poppy, Evangeline, Eleazar, and Autumn. In this AU, they are the Cunningham family. They are not the Miller family—they are actors who play the Miller family in my production.

The story is called Wonderful Life and The Greatest Joy. I was working on this a while ago, but I kind of stopped working on it again. This is basically a production version of that story, and it’s honestly kind of hard to explain.

If you’ve ever created an AU where your whole cast of main characters were actors in their own behind-the-scenes world, you probably know what I mean. 😂

Sorry if this doesn’t completely make sense. I’m still building it, but honestly, it’s turning out really nice so far. I don’t think I’m going to post a lot about it because it’s pretty complicated, so I might just describe it instead.

Anyway, yeah, that’s what this is! I actually have the cast and crew planned out if anybody wants to see it.

I’m working on something

Hi guys short post sorry I deleted the other one. I am actually working on an actor AUI actually worked on this before like a while ago twice the first one did very well and it gave me Iris and Sarah my two MCs.

The second one did okay but it fizzled out very fast. I’m just hoping this one will be like really nice. I’ll explain everything in another post but this is gonna be an actor AU all my characters or actors even the Hogwarts legacy cast is gonna be all played by actors and actresses. It’s amazing. I did this again before but the first one was really nice but I lost it. I erased it by accident but.

I’ll explain everything April Poppy Eva, Eleazar and Autumn are still the same, but they have the surname Cunningham instead of Miller.

It’s completely different from what I pictured but I love it a lot honestly everybody’s interpretation of how they met is like perfectly fine I don’t really care . I think if it’s fits them well.

Well…i remember we can See Poppy first time in charmes class…wasn’t so sure….so…i wanted to check that. And yep. I made a new savefile with your Girl April for that….

SO:

I was thinking…did they Talk then? Or just saw each other?

Did April saw Poppy while she was doing the classes task with natty? When Poppy was sitting in the grass, eating an apple?

Did Poppy See April when class was over, and they left together? Did she turn her head 🤭

And then did April really SEE Poppy? Was it this day? Or was it later, in beasts class?

I may otherthink…What do you think?😅

Hi honey, sorry I’ve been at work for a little bit but I’m back. I’m totally okay anyway I didn’t answer your question. They actually met in beast class you were right on the first one. I didn’t even think of charms class because I kind of forgot…😱 anyway that’s not the point.

It was actually Poppy who saw April first in Beast class I actually have these screenshots of when they met yeah sadly enough it wasn’t in Charms class. It was mostly in beast class when Poppy helped April with Gerald and that’s when they met January 26 2023. I have the day down and everything I even have in my countdown.

Yes I have a countdown and I’m always gonna remember that it’s amazing when they met. I honestly like when I first so the screenshot that I got of them is a very old photo it’s not a new one. I wish I could recapture that but I’d rather just let the Photos speak for itself because April doesn’t wear glasses anymore.

She wears them for like reading mostly are taking care of the beast that’s it but I mean that was when they were teenagers and now they’re adults and they’re married and they have three children and I’m gonna keep going anyway I really hope oh and I’m almost forgot thank you for the photos. I love them and I really hope you’re taking care of yourself as well so we’ll talk a lot later and again.

I’m Going to play HL Again

Hello, guys! I am going to be playing Hogwarts Legacy really soon, or I might actually be playing it by the time you see this. 😂

Anyway, this time I’m going to play as myself. I’ve already shared some photos of my character before, and I’m going to play the game the way I want to.

Unlike when I played as April, I’m not going to follow the story as closely. The first time I played, I followed everything because I was still learning how the game worked. But now that I’ve played it so many times, I know what I’m doing.

So after I do cross wands with Lucan then I’ll exploring Hogsmeade, getting my wand, and defeating the troll, I’m probably going to head back to Hogwarts and just explore the castle to see if I can find anything new. I know there are some areas that require spells I won’t have yet, but that’s okay.

Honestly, that’s one of the things I love about Hogwarts Legacy. The game is really forgiving because you don’t have to rush the main story. You can explore Hogsmeade, visit little villages, wander around the Hogwarts grounds, and pretty much do whatever you want. As long as you have some good spells and know what you’re doing, you can take your time.

I’ll probably spend most of my time exploring the castle and the Hogwarts grounds just for fun. Then I’ll do a quest or two, and after that I’ll go right back to exploring.

Who knows… maybe in the future I’ll even ship my character with one of the characters in the game. 😂 I don’t know yet. Right now, I just want to get my wand, explore the world of Hogwarts Legacy, and enjoy playing differently than I did with April. Since I already know the game now, I want to take my time and experience it my own way.

I just got done drawing Treaza she belongs to @terr-a she was really fun to draw I love her her scar on her face. I tried my best on her scar to be honest anyway she was really fun to draw. I really had a fun time and this is a thank you gift to her for drawing April unexpectedly.

May I rent for a little bit?

Hello, my friends. I am here to rant. I’m so sorry this is gonna be all over the place, and I promise I’ll be okay. I am okay. I just need to get this off my chest.

Okay, look. I know this is kind of hard because I’ve gone on and on about this before. I really do find myself putting all my heart and soul into my drawings. I mean, I’m literally working on a character right now as we speak, and I love drawing. I just haven’t been drawing lately because I’ve been dealing with some things in my real life, but that’s not the point.

The point is that I keep looking at my drawings. I’m not saying they’re horrible. I actually think they’re really nice, and I really have gotten a lot better over the past 20 years of drawing. I’m not putting myself down, obviously. I’m just trying to say that I’m trying my hardest. I really am.

Honestly, doing fan art of other people’s characters and drawing April and Poppy again is really nice and very therapeutic. I also think drawing traditionally is one of the best things because you can tell when someone has put their heart and soul into every sketch. That’s what I try to do a lot.

Lately, I’ve been feeling like I’m a little behind, which I know I’ve been saying for most of my time on here. Anyway, that’s what I wanted to say. I mean, I’m not actually behind on anything, I promise. I just wanted to get this off my chest, and I’m not spiraling. I promise I’m not.

I just wanted to put this out there: if you put your heart and soul into every stroke of a drawing, whether it’s traditional or digital, that means you’ve put a lot of time, effort, and love into what you create, and that’s something to be proud of.

Just keep going, and don’t wear yourself out because you need to take care of yourself first and foremost. If you’re behind on a project, just take your time. People will understand. If they don’t, then that’s their problem. And if they do understand, that’s great because they’re telling you to take your time and that you’re doing an awesome job.

What do you think when you first saw April just based off of her appearance and social cues, what did you think Her sexuality was and again please be honest because I really want to honestly hear your opinions. No this is before. I like seeing what her actual sexual orientation is. I really want to hear your opinion and if you don’t know her sexuality, I’ll tell you in the comments, but I really want to hear your honest opinion about her sexual orientation.

I really got me thinking about that. I could’ve changed her sexual orientation like completely different if I wanted to but obviously I’m pretty sure everybody knows that April fell in love with Poppy and has three children with her so I mean that has to tell you something about her sexuality anyway anyway that’s not the point moving on but yeah, I really wanna hear everybody’s honest opinion on what her sexual orientation was before like I actually started giving these little clues out.

Honestly, a lot of people didn’t even notice that I changed April‘s eyes to blue except like one person and obviously on Discord I posted the exact same thing and another person knows that arrives were different. I honestly just did this as an experiment to see if anybody knows but I mean that’s okay.

I just wanted to do it for my own amusement obviously but April‘s eyes will never change because it seems like that’s her signature her lovely golden eyes that she has and it will always be her signature for all time and besides a lot of people know her with her golden captivating eyes and makes sense again it was just for my own amusement obviously but again I just wanted to see if people notice something different on her, that’s all.
