It’s frustrating to feel as if you cannot control your envy in a relationship. Here’s how I learned to overcome jealousy.
Finding out your partner has been unfaithful is a very difficult situation to be in. Here are some ideas that can help you move forward.
There is a light after the dark, don’t forget. Here are some ideas for finding it faster.
This video is about how to deal with crazy family members. We've all been there. Remember though that ultimately the ball is always in your court, so shoot for your dreams no matter who you're related to.

3 Ideas to Overcome Depression
Nobody enjoys being sad. Negative emotions are one the most challenging obstacles that people face. Not everyday can be happy, that is just the reality. So the first thing you need to do is fundamentally shift your perspective of negative emotions and depression. Appreciate the balance in life. If you never felt sad, you wouldn't know what feeling happy would be like either. Also, the way you may feel at any given moment does not define who you are. Think of emotions like the changing seasons, the passing of day and night, the moon cycles. Emotions are in a constant state of change, and that is part of what makes them so beautiful, but they are not who you are. Learn to view all emotions, including the negative ones in this way. My second suggestion is of a more practical nature. Make sure that you are in good physical health. Your body is connected with your mind and the state of it will significantly influence your mood. Ask yourself some simple questions. Did you get enough sleep last night? Are you hydrated? Are you physically active? Are you eating too much junk food? All of these factors play an important role in how you function and feel on a day-to-day basis. So pay attention to them, and make them a priority. Lastly, push through your sadness. Sometimes, you might be sad for days or even weeks at a time. At this point, it is up to you to force yourself to do the things that are important to you. Yes, force yourself. Do not let depression overcome you and control your productivity, and ultimately your future. To trick is to keep meeting your goals, no matter how demotivated you feel. That is the harsh reality of discipline. Once you can stick to your commitments and goals regardless of what mood you're in, you will gradually begin to feel better about yourself. That sense of purpose will come back to you and you will be a stronger person, because you overcame yourself. The part of yourself that tries to get you to give up, you will have conquered it, and that is a POWERFUL feeling! Don't suppress your negative emotions, but don't allow them to steal away your dreams either.

Forgive Yourself
I would like to propose, that it is impossible to live a life, in which you do not mess up. In which you do not hurt someone. In which you find yourself in the kind of situation where you end up making the wrong decision. No mistake is ever wasted, so long as you learn from it. If you have to make the same mistake 73 times before you learn from it, it is not a waste. Your mistakes are a part of your story; they are a fundamental part of progress and growth. Those things would not exist without making mistakes and experiencing failure, they are necessary. Mistakes are what make your life beautiful, and give it colour. Learn to look at them this way and re-frame your viewpoint of them. Remember, the definition of failure is giving up, not f*cking up.
The only warning I have, and I learned this from an Alan Watts lecture, is don’t try to deceive yourself into being a perfect person, be honest with what you’ve done. Self-deception is very dangerous. Allow yourself to fully feel all the emotions associated with what you consider your failures. However negative they may be, let go and feel them, let them take their course through your body. If you resist them, they won’t go away. Once you have done this, it will be possible for you to forgive yourself. Embrace that you are a human, and that you make mistakes. Do not let yourself be ashamed of the fact that you had the courage to take a risk, and live life.
