So, recently played deltarune ch5, as many did/are still doing. I couldn't entirely get to it at release cuz i had some events to worry about, so i ended up playing the game a few days later, streaming for some friends who'd just gone through the game themselves.

So, I was going through the game as normal, going through the festival, seeing some cute gay shit happen, all that good stuff. As I finally entered the dark world and met Flowery for the first time, I suddenly got a steam notification: "Flowery has accepted your friend request".

My first reaction to this was "I dunno what this witchery is, but tricky tony's done it again", though, after a few very sassy messages from flowery, I found out that this was not, in fact, a character gimmick like I initially thought, but one of my spectating friends, fucking with the steam messaging system. This madwoman ended up orchestrating commentary using different characters over the course of pretty much that entire dark world, making sure to stay as much in character as possible while also adding fun banter the whole time.

Between that and the chapter itself also being just all around fantastic, I'd say I had a great time.
