Miracles Week: Day 2: Slam Dunk
An Unforgettable Scene/Event: Kuroko’s Phantom Shot
"I see." Tatsuya gave him a small nod in return before averting his attention to the cashier. Gaze never leaving Kuroko, eating the treat he had bought once they both sat on the bench, he quietly listened to him, no emotion showing on his features. "It’ll be the inter-high selections soon, right?" Even though his voice may not have displayed much of the feeling, he was as excited to play his next games and the tournament as his interlocutor voiced, wishing nothing but his and his team’s revenge for the Winter Cup, feat that he believed possible thanks to the new skills they had developed as well as the new found teamwork between the two aces of Yosen. Tatsuya’s lips curled in a smile upon hearing of his brother, Kuroko’s words not surprising him the least. "Sounds like Taiga. I’m looking forward to playing against him and all of you. I hope we’ll be matched again." The shooting guard’s head tilted just a bit upon seeing blues eyes wandering around as if searching for something, grey eyes slightly widening at the query though he was fast to understand its underlying meaning. "This time, yes. Atsushi stayed in Akita. I came here by myself."
|| Kuroko couldn't help but smile. He wasn't expecting to his feelings to be reciprocated, about the matches. He nodded with a "yes" and a muffled excitement in his voice. "We're looking forward for the end of this season, but we're already excited about the next year too. Hope we can play together next time." Paying attention to the objects the ace brought with him, Kuroko noticed the basket ball. "The street basketball match... Has it ended already?" He asked curiously. His hands began to itch. Even if he could only watch, it would be enough for him.
A soft smile begins to tug upon her lips at his offer to walk her home. She wasn’t expecting that. Then again, Kuroko had always been the one person she could never read. His actions were always mysterious and unpredictable.
Fingers pulled against his jacket sleeve as a nod of her head offers acceptance to this proposition. “That’s very sweet of you, Tetsu-kun. I just really hope you don’t miss your train because of me. I’d feel so bad.”
Did he live far off? Which part of Tokyo did he even reside in? “Do you live by yourself?” She was pretty curious. As much of a crush as she had on him, she knew so little.
|| Kuroko gave a deep breath, relaxed. Momoi wasn't a bad company at all and Kuroko enjoyed his time with her as much as he could. He wasn't that close of girls, his experiences were limited to his coach, the women in his family (not so big, let's make it clear) and the pinkette. But, if all the girls were sweet like Momoi and the others he had met, he would have a reason to try to get to know them more. Basketball isn't everything in the world. "Don't worry about it, we're in time." He touched the girl's shoulder soft and firmly, an invitation to follow him. "Eh? No, I live with my parents and grandmother." He replied simply. Oh, she didn't know that? But the question would be forgotten later, as something normal. This way, they reached the gates of Touou Gakuen, their shadows playing with the lights of the sunset.
♛— The raven already recovered from the defeat against Seirin, though the young male still tasted a bitter aftertaste, as soon as he heard the name Seirin. Hanamiya still felt the overwhelming need to crush the hopes and dreams of every single member, but that thought did not matter at the moment or in this situation, well only a little, because chibi-number-one stood before him. That was just what he was waiting for.
Tuesdays have never been good days until today
"Waiting for some ice-cream, I assume?"
|| Kuroko nodded in response. "You too?" He asked, looking at captain over his shoulder. One step forward. Awkward, awkward. He wasn't feeling so irritated now. Only extremely uncomfortable. He would get his milkshake and leave, that's it.
The question made the blonde freeze up. His expression clouded as he contemplated, eyebrows knitting closely together in what almost seemed like irritation. That last game still stirred bad feelings up in him— Kuroko just had to bring it up, didn’t he? It being an innocent question or not, the shadow should know his boundaries. Despite his growing frustration, he manages a soft smile.
"It’s fine."
|| Kuroko noticed the change in his friend's(?) aura and sighed, guilty. He stepped on a bomb and he knew it. For someone who praised himself for being sensitive with the feelings of other people, that was kick on his stomach. Not for the first time, Kuroko didn't know if he should remain in silence or keep talking. For the first time, however, he decided to talk. After two minutes of silence, but he spoke. "Forgive me for being indelicate." He was facing the ground before, but now blue stared deeply at the golden hues, serious, his eyebrows raised to show his determination. "But you know that it's not wrong. To care. And I'm not the only one who does." He gave the blond a half smile before turning his face to the horizon again. If Kise got the message or Kuroko turned things worse, he couldn't tell. He had to do something for the blond. He should have paid an ice cream for him too. But maybe a soda would be enough?
{| Oh my... First of all I am so sorry. I forgot to post here that this weekend I would be going on a trip with my brother, so my replies could take a while to be posted. I'm so sorry for those who waited, I wanted to give to all Kise-kuns a present on their birthdays but I'm a loser and I forgot completely ;w; But your replies will be posted right away! OwO |}

"Domo."
"I’m in Tokyo for the week-end, I just came back from a street basket-ball match." Though Tatsuya lived in Akita, it was seldom that he came to the capital city, more often than not invited by Atsushi’s mother and sister to come to their place when his friend would go home. Upon hearing that a tournament was to be held in Tokyo, he hadn’t hesitated taking the train to go there, street-basketball not being as commonplace in Japan as it was in Los Angeles, not wishing to miss such a great opportunity to play. "What are you doing here?" He inquired as Kuroko placed his order, his turn soon coming afterwards. He ordered a double chocolate ice cream and a bottle of water for he had already emptied the one he carried in his bag before, waiting to get all his items and to pay before heading to the closest unoccupied bench he could find, expecting the blue-haired male to follow him. "How are things going in Seirin?"
|| "I see," He nodded. "I just live nearby. I come here often to get ice cream, when it's hot." He patiently waited for the raven haired boy to get his order, then sat with him at the bench, casually. "Things are fine there. We're excited about our next games." He said with a hinted smile. "Kagami-kun is the most excited of us all." Kuroko looked around. "Did you come here alone, Himuro-kun?" Not that Kuroko wanted to see Murasakibara, this would be awkward, but since he got used to the thought of Himuro with the Yosen team, it was strange for him to meet the boy alone.
"H’aaaaaw…. But Kurokocchiiiii…" He started to pout as he followed along, but again, quickly pulled on another smile. He was spending time with Kuroko! And he didn’t seem all that aggravated! Nice!
"So how have you been, lately? We haven’t talked in a while," He chirped, clasping his hands in front of him and leaning forward to stare at the other boy’s face. "We need to hang out more! I miss you-ssu!"
|| "This is true," Kuroko licked the sweet again, ignoring the sentimental comments about their relationship. "I guess I don't see you since our last game... How is your leg?" He paid attention to the blond's movements. He seemed fine. Kuroko would be disappointed, to not to say touched, if the copycat couldn't play anymore.
Oh? The train? “Ah, I’m sorry, Tetsu-kun, am I keeping you from leaving?” It wasn’t her intention to make him late for his ride.
However, this just allowed her to hopefully spend some more time with Kuroko anyways. Quickly the female latches onto the males arm and squeezes tight. “I’ll walk with you to the train station then~! I don’t live far off and—”
Sudden quiet as she stares into those bright cerulean orbs. “Tetsu-kun I’m not bugging you, am I?” A pout of her bottom lip as she begins to wonder if maybe that’s why he was leaving.
Crap, she was being far too clingy, wasn’t she?
|| Kuroko's eyes widened. "No, you aren't. Please, don't think about it, Momoi-san." He tranquilized the pinkette. He picked his bag and his basketball in one arm and patted the girl's head. "Let's go? If we go now, I guess I can take you home."
♛— Oh look! What a surprise.
"Hey, Chibi." Hanamiya greeted the blue haired male und started to smirk widely.
|| Kuroko froze. Whoa there. Of all people he could meet that day, the captain of Kirisaki Daichi was the last one he expected and wanted. He wanted to leave already. But it would be impolite, and his pride was still high, since they won against his team not so long ago. "Afternoon." He greeted with a nod, taking a step forward on the line and trying to keep his expression neutral, despite the irritation. Why this place would be crowded in Tuesday, he couldn't tell.
{| Aah-- I'm sorry... I will go for my personal for a while~~~|}
